Monthly Rentals in Rocky Peak

What an amazing Airbnb! Wendy's place was perfect for our L.A. visit! We didn't really need a kitchen and ate out most of the time, so the set up was perfect for us. But it was handy having the mini fridge and microwave. We loved that there was an extra room to hang out or make Zoom calls. The unit was spotless and had every amenity you could think of. The bed was super comfy and there was plenty of room for two people, including a large closet for luggage storage. The unit does share a wall with the main house, but noise was minimal, you could hear dogs barking at times during the day but that didn't bother us. It was very quiet at night and we slept soooo well! Woodland Hills is a beautiful neighborhood and we loved that the location had access to so many great restaurants in the area. Would absolutely stay here again and think this would be a great place for a longer stay, even without a full kitchen. Thanks Wendy!

Great place for long term stays

George is a great host. I’ve only had two minor issues which he took care of immediately. I highly recommend this place

We were really pleased by the location, the apartment, and the host YiFan. The apartment was clean and had anything and everything a guest would need. Plenty of closet and drawer space. Large comfortable bed. It was a particularly hot week when we were there and the A/Cs worked great. The windows also often cross ventilation. As noted by others, this apartment is connected to a house that sits in Box Canyon in Chatsworth at the top of a road. The road is a bit challenging the first time you go up it, but you quickly get used to it. The view from the porch is incredible, of the nearby mountains and across several communities. Great sunrises and moonscapes. YiFan was always available, immediately responsive, and helpful - a great host. It was a convenient location for us, less than 15 minutes from family. Anything you might need (Ralph's, Target, Home Depot, Trader Joe's, CVS, restaurants, etc.) is within a 15-20 minute drive. We loved staying here and look forward to returning.
