This is the beach condo you’re looking for! So spacious, so many essentials plus more, right on the beach. Two balconies! If you’re looking in this area you don’t need to look further. We loved taking the kids and being right on the beach and having everything we needed!

We loved our stay! The beds were so comfy and it was an easy walk to the beach. Victoria was quick to respond and very helpful. It was the perfect place to stay for our family of 3.

We all had a wonderful time from our 26 year olds to my 82 year old mom. The house was so comfortable and peaceful we had a very relaxing week. The house was exactly as described and our hosts were extremely responsive throughout our stay.

I loved it! Great location, perfect amount of beds, fully stocked kitchen, beach accessories, and allowed pets. The only thing I would say that could’ve been better is the price - pretty steep for just two days after you account for all of the fees.

This place was so clean we really enjoyed our time here and very clean ..very comfortable beds felt like I was at home . Close to everything. Thank you for opening your home up to us .. I would definitely come back again . Felt very safe …

Watching the magnificent sunrise over the beach, listening to the soothing waves, and sipping a hot cup of coffee was the ideal way to start each day. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable, making us feel right at home. The views from both the living room and bedroom were breathtaking. We had everything needed to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you for making our trip amazing.

We really enjoyed this condo. This was actually the second time we’ve stayed here. The view of the pool and the Gulf is spectacular. The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen has lot of utensils. The tub is massive and awesome! On the balcony, the only chairs are tall bar chairs so if you are wanting to lay back and relax, you can’t do that. But the balcony is really big and it was so nice to sit out there and take in the gorgeous view. (A few lounger chairs would be my only recommendation.). The location is great; only a few minutes from Port A. We will definitely come back and stay here again.

The was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had in Port A. This place was full of everything we needed and was as comfortable as being at home but with a BEACH! 😀Everything was clean and absolutely lovely!

Casa By he Sea was exactly as Yvonne described. Easily walkable to the beach, the private pool was very clean and well kept, with plenty of chairs for poolside lounging. Even though the weather created some internet outages, Yvonne was quick to respond with solutions. Plentiful parking for each unit, and plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The only items I did not like was the small size of the kitchen sink (no dishwasher, so dishes had to be hand washed), and the stovetop burners were a little challenging. But overall our experience was very enjoyable, and we would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Amazing place to stay if you got a big family. Really recommend for Beach and Jeep event. My friend had parked his car under the house without doors and top and not a single drop of water got in through the storm!

This is my favorite place stay in Rockport! The location & view are fabulous. Has everything you need for your to stay, especially if enjoy to cooking.

Perfect place to stay, even for your dog! Really nice and clean, the backyard was safe and well taken care of. The home has a lot of curb appeal and one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Convenient to Salty Dog for doggy day care and not far from shopping. Hosts were great people and easy to communicate with. Will stay again!

Perfect place for our little family. Our toddler loved the pool and my husband loved the pier! The house was cozy and had everything we needed. The location is so close to everything! We were even able to walk to church on Sunday. We would definitely recommend Christin's place and look forward to staying again.

Mike was a great host. Very flexible and friendly. We were lucky enough to stay an extra night and Mike accommodated to us. The place was lovely and had everything we forgot at home. Very close to the beach. 10/10 would recommend.

I can’t say enough about how clean the inside of this cottage was, and the location is perfect! The property is very dog friendly and calm . ** most of the time** The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for cooking and mixing your drinks, & the private fishing pier is literally a very short walk across the street . The laundry area was really clean and convenient. Only a few things that were not perfect. The outside patio and yard had some residual trash , ( multiple beer caps, other lids, rib bones , and paper ) . The other patio & 2 chairs were covered in leaves and needed a good sweeping . The red sofa in the living room is a bit worn , but the other sectional is fabulous ! The pool was really clean , but I was deterred from using it because of a screaming /squealing kid that was only supervised by a teen . ( Loud enough to hear inside my cottage.) Overall loved our stay ,great place ,highly recommend !

Beautiful home with 5 minute walk to the beach. A 1-2 minute drive to the beach. The home had everything you need for a beach weekend. Grill, chairs, umbrellas, beach toys for kids, Home was spacious and kitchen had everything you need to cook.

Nice place with lots of room for a family gathering. Had everything we needed to make all three family’s comfortable for our weekend visit.

Great, and easy walk to the beach. It’s approximately by beach marker 11, which is perfect. Condos had great security ensuring safety. Overall great stay!

Couldn't have asked for a better condo... checked all the boxes for what we were looking for. Great features inside and out (couldn't ask for better location, on the bay right next to the pier). We vacation here every year and I'm sure we'll stay here again :)

Great place to stay, walking distance to the beach, they were very communicative and easy to get ahold of, Super clean! Only thing I would say is bring your own cooking spices as there weren't any stocked which isn't on them I just had assumed there was some.

This was such a great location. It was very peaceful, pool and docks were within in feet of the condo. Pictures do not do justice for how cute this condos is! It is a single floor condo, no stairs to climb, which was great for my mom! Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us! The teenagers loved the location, they were never bored! ! The host was awesome and very responsive, esp for a same day book and check-in! One of our best vacation spots! Will definitely be back!! Thank you!

We brought our teenage kids down for spring break and a time was had!!! The house was very spacious and beautiful!!! There were lots of games and the pool!!! The kids had the best time ever!!! The area was really nice!! The house had one of the best kitchens I have ever seen. It was fully stocked with everything you could imagine which was a plus trying to feed a large family! The hosts were great! Every room beautifully decorated!!! We will definitely be back!!! Close to the beach too!!!

We all had a blast staying at this condo. The pool was nice, the boardwalk was nice and the game room was big with a sitting area/big screen tv, air hockey table and Ping-Pong table. The view was great and it was very peaceful.

Amazing place for a family getaway. The private pier is on point par to par with the Fulton pier. This place was the sh!t. The balcony view was so peaceful. The pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely be back.
