Beach apartment holiday rentals in Rockport

This location is beautifully situated only a few minutes walk from the beach. We loved the view of the ocean from the porch! The condo itself seems to be new and well-built. We never had any issues with hearing other guests around us. In fact, a storm came through during our stay, and we barely heard the thunder. The condo was clean, in excellent condition, tastefully decorated, and well-stocked. I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen to feed our party of 8 each night. We love Port A, and Jessa's condo made this much-needed vacation extra special. Thank you!

Great space to stay. The beds were very comfortable. Had a coffee and supplies for eating. No silverware though. They had lots things to do like Games. Lots of fishing supplies, if you like to go fishing. Behind the room is the beautiful ocean with a big pier you can go out on. The water is very calm and you can see all the fish and crabs swimming around. Will stay again when I come back.

This was our second stay at this great condo in Rockport. We love the clean unit and easy access to the pier. Would recommend!

If you’re looking for a safe, convenient, and relaxing place to stay right on the beach, this is it! The condo was very clean, cozy, and welcoming, and the quiet community made our stay even more enjoyable. The boardwalk to the beach is just a short walk away, which was perfect for our family. One of the unexpected highlights—especially for parents—was the blackout curtains in both bedrooms. It might seem like a small detail, but after staying in other Airbnbs with no curtains at all, this felt like a dream. We actually got to sleep in! We had a wonderful time and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

This is a great place to stay! We had a beach vacation with our 2 young children. The condo could not be closer to the beach! Everything was lovely, and I have no notes. We had a wonderful vacation, and this place was a great base of operation whether we were off to the beach or to town!

Easily walkable to just about anywhere in town if you so choose. We walked to the beach daily. Plenty of beach shops nearby. Reasonable price for the location. We will definitely stay here again.

It was a beautiful air bnb, our host was super friendly and had a quick response time. It was close to the beach, couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Only complaint is that the address given was incorrect so check in was very confusing. Parking for a two car family was also difficult due to unclear parking directions. But that’s literally the only issues we had. Such a cute air bnb 💕

First time using an air b and b, was very skeptical but this was a great experience. Location was great, super easy access to the pool and outdoor grill, an easy walk to the beach along a well kept trail through the dunes, the place was clean and plenty of room and essentials. The host was amazing, we left something there after we checked out and drove home and she mailed it to us very quickly. Will use this b and b again

Very clean place. We didn’t have any problems other than a remote not working and they came out quickly. The remote still didn’t work but I think it was a miscommunication between us. It was no big deal though. We had the best time at this property and will definitely be back.

We love this place. The people managing the property are hardworking and kind. The pool and landscaping maintenance is excelente and you can easily walk to the beach. We had an awesome time. Ekaterina was always available for any questions. Also love how well equipped is the apartment.

Great little place to stay in Port A. The condo was very nice and very close to restaurants, shops, bars and the beach. The added golf cart made the trip. We took morning golf cart cruises to the marina and beach each morning. We were also surprised with credit towards beach gear. Chairs and an umbrella were delivered to our condo at no extra charge. We will definitely be staying here again… in fact we didn’t want to leave.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing. Scott was an excellent host, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

This was either the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed at Kim's place and it never disappoints. She has done such a great job making us feel welcomed. Her decorations blend in with being at the beach. She had on plaques on the wall with lyrics from songs. It was fun trying to guess which song the various lyrics went too. All in all we enjoyed our stay and look forward to booking again in the future. Thank you Kim for making it a very pleasurable experience for myself and my family.

Very nice and spacious. Very clean. We really didn't need more than coffee and making eggs in the morning, but it has full kitchen if you need to cook. Attention to details.

Fantastic condo! We spent 5 nights there. The location is great, just a few minutes walk to the beach. The condo was bright & airy, very nicely decorated, and immaculately clean. Beds were very comfortable. Though we had brought our own, it was a nice surprise to find extra beach towels, beach chairs, and shade canopy available for use. The extra drink refrigerator was a great feature. Kids enjoyed the outdoor pingpong table and pool, which was very nice. There was ample parking. Wendy, the host, was very responsive. The only negative is that 2 of the nights there were people very loud in the pool/hot-tub until the wee hours, which kept us up; but that's just poor etiquette of other guests, not the owner's fault (signs are clearly posted stating that pool closes 10pm). Overall this is a wonderful place to stay and we'd love to go back!

We had a great stay. Place was roomy and comfortable for a family of 4. We could have had another small family or couple and it would still be plenty of space. The place was as described. It was very clean and stocked with everything you would need that was nonperishable. It even had kid utensils/plates which is a nice touch. No nonperishables that you normally see at these places but they also didn’t advertise having it. I would recommend but only complaint was because it’s on the main road was a little noisy at night.

Excellent Airbnb for a crowd! We had plenty of space, not only in the bedrooms, but in the living areas - would definitely stay there again!
