Townhome holiday rentals in Rockport

My family really enjoyed staying there! It was the perfect size and had enough room for everyone.

Casa By he Sea was exactly as Yvonne described. Easily walkable to the beach, the private pool was very clean and well kept, with plenty of chairs for poolside lounging. Even though the weather created some internet outages, Yvonne was quick to respond with solutions. Plentiful parking for each unit, and plenty of towels, blankets and pillows. The only items I did not like was the small size of the kitchen sink (no dishwasher, so dishes had to be hand washed), and the stovetop burners were a little challenging. But overall our experience was very enjoyable, and we would definitely use again and recommend to others.

This was a lovely home for our family and included a well appointed kitchen. Great location and super close to the pool. We had a great time and highly recommend this location to families or girls weekend activities!

Small but what you need. I was a single girl but could have spent my time there with my man. But it would be cramped. Washed my nessesties in the sink and hung them on the coat rack (not sure why there is a coat rack). Great AC! Pool right outside the door but may have other neighbors right out there. Beach is right there and you can drive on it for those not in the know (get a beach parking pass). Would so stay here again❤️

Nice place, good location

Little Bay landing is amazing! We loved the location, but we loved the condos just as much. The rooms are pristine and cozy. The outdoor patios give you a little privacy if that is what you seek or you can join in with others at the HUGE pool that is the center piece of the interior courtyard. Fantastic for families who seek to be close to all of the main attractions of Rockport, but also gives you your own little piece of heaven when you want to relax.

We had a fantastic stay here for a short weekend getaway to the beach! The house was so beautiful and comfortable and we felt right at home immediately. We also spent lots of time in the beautiful pool. It was not ever crowded or loud and it was super comfy! The drive to the beach is only 5 or so minutes and there's plenty of delicious food options around! Can't wait to come back again this summer!

House was clean and spacious. The pool area is awesome, large area for children as well as large space in deeper end. Privacy patios were nice too! Several eateries directly across street, and walking distance to HEB and WALMART. Would definitely plan a stay again.

The only reason i gave 3 stars for how it met the description, is becasue ny wife booked it, not me. I have no idea how it was desribed. The 'peacefulness' of the area left something to be desired. Vehicles with very loud, booming stereos driving along the riad where a simewhat regular occurrence. The proximity to bith the beach, as well as grocery store and good restaurants kind of made up for that though. As long as you can deal with the fact that all bedrooms are upstairs.... you should rent this place! Very clean and well-kept; modern, nice ammenities; comfortable furniture. The front faucet does not have a hose attached, but if you have a little common sense, you still can wash off your things from being at the beach. Plenty of refrigerator space; no ice maker, but there was a big bag of ice already in the freezer for us to use. If you are a germaphob/OCD like my wife is, you might want to get a bottle of spray cleaner from the store to use. They do have plenty of rags for you.

We loved the condo! There was lots of sleeping options and very close to all the things we wanted to do. Josh and his co host Kristin were fantastic with communicating with me and making sure that we had everything that we needed. They were also very responsive any time I had a question! The community was great with the pool a short walk away, that my kids could enjoy every night. Also, the condo was nice and cool on arrival and we felt right at home! We are already looking into our next trip! I would definitely recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved our stay! Brandon kept in communication to make sure our trip and visit was everything we wanted. The marina is very peaceful to stay at. We love the beautiful pool and the condo is gorgeous with plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely be staying again.

Great weekend getaway vacation for my family. Love the space and layout of the house. Sort drive to all restaurants and beach. Host responded fast to all questions. Will be planning another trip here soon!

Loved it here. Erika was so quick to respond and really sweet. Definitely recommend staying here. It’s located in between great beaches and fun places to go. It was perfect for our little getaway.

Hosts were absolutely amazing, the Air BnB equally as such! Couldn’t have asked for a better home and location.

My family and I stayed for a weekend 06/06/2025 - 06/08/2025. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was nice and clean. The space inside was just enough for all 9 of us. They do have a pool. I will say that is on the smaller side but it was still ok. They were quick to respond if I had any questions. They were very nice and friendly. This place isn't far from the beach about a good block away. We drove it because we had our canopies, chairs, and ice chest etc. It is with-in walking distance. There is a gift / souvenir shop and a convenience store within walking distance. It took about 2-3 minutes to walk it. This is very convenient. I highly recommend.

We had such a great stay at Mark and Diane’s place! The house was super clean, comfy, and exactly as described (maybe even better in person). It had everything we needed and felt really welcoming from the start. Mark and Diane were easy to communicate with and made sure we had a smooth check-in and all the info we needed. You can tell they care about their guests. The location was perfect for us—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and everything worked properly. Melissa was responsive and eager to help! Being on the canal was great. Having our boat right outside the back door was a huge plus for us. Will definitely stay again!
