This is truly a gem! The unit was spacious and clean, and the backyard oasis leading to the shore was beautiful. Ron was a great host, communication was easy and he went above and beyond to make our stay special! We would love to visit again.

We were there for a funeral. One family member came in from Hawaii, one from Washinton, and one from Califirnia. The apartment was cozy, well-appointed, and literally a block from the beach. The nearby grocery store and eateries was helpful. Would we stay there again? Absolutely.

Alana was a wonderful and accommodating host. She was always available to answer our questions and provided clear, helpful instructions throughout our stay. We booked this Airbnb to celebrate my youngest daughter’s birthday, she has special needs, and Alana went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, making our visit both comfortable and relaxing. The home itself is cozy, clean, and well-stocked. Alana thoughtfully provides plenty of essentials like paper products, hand soap, dish soap, and trash bags. There were also more than enough towels and even plenty of beach items available for guest use. The location is excellent, just one block from the beach. In the mornings and evenings, we enjoyed beautiful views of the water and passing boats from both the backyard and front decks, making for perfect sunrise and sunset moments. Overall, this Airbnb is a peaceful, comfortable retreat with a kind and attentive host. We truly appreciated our stay and would highly recommended

Jenna and Ed were great hosts, they even helped us bring our stuff inside! Very communicative and checked in on us with great recommendations! We would definitely book with them again. The apartment is a super cozy but spacious basement apartment with a family living upstairs. Sometimes we could hear kids running around upstairs but we didn’t mind it much at all! Was perfect for the 4 of us having a girls trip. We spent some time out and binged watched shows/movie nights in the living room. Lots of mirrors so none of us were fighting for a mirror while trying to get ready and very comfortable seating in the living room for our movie nights! We loved our stay, it was a short walk to the beach and all the shops and restaurants were not too far away. If you find a good parking spot, keep it!

Cozy and clean home. Very close to the beach

This was a new listing and we were only the second renters but the Host Dee had other great reviews from her other properties and was a Superhost after a year so we trusted it. Our overall stay was great as we were right in the heart of this beautiful beach town and property was right across the beach, walkable to all restaurants. There were some growing pains that should be resolved by the time the next renters stay but the apartment is perfect for those looking to just park their car, walk to everything, and enjoy the town. Dee met us at the place and was a very responsive and helpful host. King size beds and Oversized TVs were the highlight of this place and once the finishing decorations and mirrors are added this will be a lovely place. Parking would be the only thing that one must discuss with the host.

Joseph was extremely helpful during our stay and made himself available to help us as needed with any problems that occurred. Would highly recommend Joseph as a host!

This was truly a unique home in a quaint spot in New Rochelle. A friendly neighbor actually knew the original owner who she said was a Buddhist, which makes so much sense. The decor and homeyness was welcoming and intriguing. The house itself is very clean and well laid out for the space. The house is on a corner right next to a park which not a lot of traffic that comes through. The only downside is the lack of parking, the driveway fits one car. We would definitely stay again if in the area!

We stayed in Monmouth for the weekend, rosemary and Kevin’s cottage was comfy and close to everything! Definitely a spot for a couple or individual. Would stay again!

I got married this past Sunday at Mamaroneck Beach and Yacht club this past Sunday and we booked both of his units. I have a big family and we also booked another place 6 minutes away to accommodate everyone. He was so helpful and worked with me on answering all my questions and making the bookings very easy. When I say we were so impressed with his space, that’s an understatement. They even had a basket of goodies with a card and wine. I got videos and was supposed to come back to take photos but was so busy with my wedding preparations that I didn’t get to return back to do it. It’s definitely home away from home for my family while they were there! You can tell they take pride in sharing their home and their spaces with their guests! Would definitely highly recommend his beautiful place! Thank again John!!! We appreciate you and your wife for sharing your space with us!!

Adam's place was perfect for our group of 10 women! We had plenty of space and the entire house was really clean. The pool and hot tub were such a nice touch! We also used the roof deck for a private yoga class! Adam was really responsive to our messages and went above and beyond to be accommodating to all of our needs.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, bright and very close to the beach - just like described! Kenny was a delight to work with, both before the arrival and during the stay. I thoroughly recommend him and this property, you won't be disappointed!

I spent a long weekend with my mother and two adult daughters revisiting my hometown of Northport. We loved our stay here! Downtown is a couple blocks away but it's quiet at night, waterfront location was beautiful, and we enjoyed the whimsy of having our own bar and putting green. Janine and Steve were attentive and helpful but not intrusive. One thing I didn't pick up on from the photos is the sleeper sofa is in the same room as the bed. For four close family gals, this wasn't an issue for us. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay! It was in the perfect location with access to the beach and restaurants, and family close by. Karen was so helpful throughout our stay. We had unusual circumstances affecting our arrival and we got there very late. Karen worked with us and was there to greet us and get us all set up for our stay. She was available quickly during our entire stay. The apartment was as described and worked out very well for our family. It is very cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed - and more. We will definitely look to stay here again when we come back to visit in the future. Thank you Karen for being a great host and sharing your place with us. :)

Beautiful place! I spent a week at Robert's place with my wife, setting up my office and laptops there. I got to watch the bay and swans floating down it while working. I got DoorDash, Amazon, and Total Wine deliveries while I stayed there and all were seamless. The location is easily found. TV was great in the den area. We watched a couple of movies on Prime. Perfect location, outside the craziness of mainland Long Island. I loved it! Would love to stay again.

Two adults and two children fit perfectly in this Air BNB. Such a cute little spot in a great location and amazing views. Walking distance to several great restaurants, a park, and bay beaches. Also a short drive to Sandy Hook and Sea Bright beaches. All amenities included. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet beach getaway. We will absolutely be back.

We stayed here with my parents and toddler. The master room was big enough to share with toddler bed. The space was clean and all the beds were comfortable. Great location walking distance to the boardwalk and the beach.

this place was so, so cozy! from all the candles, to the amazing smelling bedding and bathroom towels. perfect location near lots of little shops, restaurants and ocean! anastasia was so quick with responding and made our weekend getaway seamless. 10/10 recommend.

The Loft at 196 is not only in a pristine location, but is hosted by two great and friendly people. Marisol greeted me as I first arrived and was very willing to help me get set in, if I required. I met Charles later and contacted him more than once about recommendations. After discovering I had an interest in mountain biking, he did not only recommend a place nearby, but provided me the bike and all the required gear to do so. He contacted restaurants nearby on my behalf and gave me updates about local events. There was no pressure to go to things I didn't care for, but all the opportunity to do so. Opportunity that I would not have had on my own. Lastly, the beach was amazing. I grew up going to the forearm of Cape Cod where we would always have strong waves and good sandbars at low tide. I found both of these again at Sea Bright. The only difference was that at The Loft, I was less than a minute away from the beach whenever I felt like going. Thank you again, Charlie and Marisol.
