Monthly Rentals in Rocca di Botte

We had a nice time at Livio's accommodation. Everything you need is available in the apartment. The apartment is located in a fantastic environment. There are restaurants and a supermarket on site. The check-in and out was well organized and so we could arrive late. Parking was right in front of the house. Host Livio is easy to reach and gave us good excursion tips. If the opportunity arises, we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet. We immediately felt comfortable there. Gennaro is very friendly and accommodating, and communication went smoothly. Nearby there is everything you need: supermarkets, bakery, restaurant, etc. There are also good train connections (to Rome and/or other destinations), the train station can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Absolutely recommend, happy to come again!

The house is furnished in a vintage/romantic style, perfectly meeting my personal tastes. It's very welcoming, well-furnished and well-equipped. The scenery is gorgeous, both from the windows and outdoors. Marano Equo is a small village that can serve as a support to visit any village nearby. Valentina was friendly, kind and welcoming. A place highly recommended to anyone looking for a beautiful and quiet place. All the villages around Marano Equo are worth a visit, some have different nature trails both simple and difficult for walking/trekking enthusiasts. I hope to be back soon!

Our stay here was excellent! The house was clean and well furnished. We were 6 people and found the home very spacious. The property is well maintained, and the pool is amazing. Flavia and her husband were available to answer any questions and were very hospitable. We will definitely be coming back. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. This area of Abruzzo is beautiful with so much to offer. Grazie Flavia and see you soon.
