El lugar está muy limpio y práctico para llegar, cercano a varias atracciones turísticas, Ofelia es una señora muy amable y siempre permaneció al pendiente de nuestra estancia, volvería a hospedarme con ella.

Absolutely amazing place. Wish we could have stayed a lot longer. Place is quiet, clean, has everything you need and feels very safe. Host is great, picked us up from the station in the evening, recommended lots of good places and is very friendly. Easy walk to the 5th and the beach plus all the supermarkets and local markets. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family.

We stayed at Ele’s bnb for 10 days in June and we were so glad we picked this bnb. The unit is at such a perfect location and the Sotavento building/complex is great. We normally hang out at Garrafon de Castillo and have always wanted to stay at Sotavento. Finally booked a unit and it was well worth it. The grounds are immaculate, pool was perfect, the parking was convenient in front and down in the parking garage. The views are unbelievable and after staying at multiple units and hotels on the island we will most definitely book this unit again. Several food and convenience store options with in walking distance. The whole building unit is right off the road but the fence and layout of the building was able to mask the keep the vehicle noise down. The gate at the front entrance and the underground parking garage made the place feel very secure. There’s a bathroom down the staircase to the garage and very convenient if you’re out in the pool or hanging outside of the bnb. Great bnb!

Jose was extremely responsive to any hiccups we had. Overall the stay was great, it was perfect for my family. Quiet and peaceful and the Tao Community is just beautiful! Can't wait to go back!

Daria tuvo una atención increíble desde el momento de la reservación, en donde contestó a todas mis dudas. Estuvo muy al pendiente durante toda la estancia y siempre estuvo atenta a contestar mis solicitudes. El estudio es increible, y el lugar es maravilloso. un lugar tranquilo, con acceso al wellness center y el gimnasio los cuales están increibles y con muchas clases.y aparatos. La playa también está muy cerca ya sea caminando (media hora) o 15 minutos en el carrito que te lleva de forma gratuita. Hay un mini super a 10 minutos caminando y los paisajes son muy lindos en general!. Seguramente volveré! Muy cerca de Tulum, Cenotes, Akumal y ruinas Mayas.

Matteo es un excelente anfitrion, siempre atento a necesidades y/o dudas, el loft es tal cual se describe, con todo lo necesario para una excelente estadía, muy buena ubicación cercano a tienda de conveniencia, supermercado y restorantes, el alojamiento es muy recomendable, de seguro volveremos.

La ubicación fue perfecta. Gustavo y Rebeca fueron muy amables con nosotros. Estamos muy contentos con nuestras vacaciones.

We had a wonderful stay at Valeria’s condo! The space is beautifully designed with thoughtful details, high-end finishes, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Its location in La Veleta is ideal—close to fantastic restaurants and just a 15-minute drive to the beach. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish retreat in Tulum!

The studio is surrounded by wonderful greenery and is very comfortable, private and quit. He was extremely helpful in order for me to plan the stay for my brother and his wife, who absolutely loved the surroundings, the pools, and the studio. My brother has limited mobility and can not walk big distances and the place is very well suited for his needs and capabilities.

Amazing condo. I’ve stayed at A-BNB all over the world and this was by far the best. The place is gorgeous. Amazing location within the complex. Fully operational kitchen. Even little touches like soap, shampoo, etc made it that nicer. Michelle is a wonderful host and we have already booked again with her. Cannot give this whole experience enough stars!!!!

Diego & Marina, were very helpful and always reply very quickly. There was a tiny maintenance issue in the bathroom, which was taken care of within less than two hours. The apartment is quiet, clean and fully equipped. There are some developments in the neighborhood, which are not noisy. The overall stay was very pleasant. I can highly recommend to stay here.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The ambiance was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Tulum. The space was clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located close to the heart of Tulum, so getting to restaurants, shops, and attractions was easy. The price was very affordable for the area, which made the experience even better. While it’s possible to get around without one, I would recommend having a car or scooter to make access to the beach, cenotes, and downtown even more convenient. Overall, it was a great value and an excellent base for enjoying Tulum! Would definitely stay here again.

The property is absolutely beautiful. The design of the condo’s promotes a social vibe. I loved how our patio opened up to a pool. One of the coolest designed condos I have ever stayed at.

What a fantastic place! The location is perfect, close to everything and very safe. The rooftop pool is absolutely amazing, especially for watching the sunset. The kitchen has all the basics in case you feel like cooking at home. The bathroom is very clean with good water pressure in the shower. The only downside is that the couch needs a good cleaning as there are some stains on it, but it might just be the color of the couch.

Increíble! volvería sin dudas ! Si tu idea es estar cómodo, elegí este lugar. Es increibmente hermoso, limpio, moderno. Cuenta con cochera. Todo queda cerca, esta todo al alcance de tu mano. Y la zona es muy tranquila y segura. HERMOSO LUGAR

Muy lindo lugar, privado, con buena acústica por los ruidos exteriores, amenities comfortables, la pileta del balcón realmente vale la estadía.

Great value for money and awesome service from hosts. Delivered a second blanket on request and got a refund for a bike that had an issue with the chain during use. Area is great, walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and close to Parque del Jaguar.

Claudia a été une hôte extrêmement présente et aidante, elle répondait dans la seconde peu importe l’heure ou la demande. Elle nous a accommodé pour les petits pépins et aussi donné des références super rapidement dès que demandé. Nous nous sommes embarrés à l’extérieur de l’appartement et elle a été très proactive et vite pour régler le problème (elle a appelé un serrurier et réglé le problème en une heure). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié rester à son Airbnb.

I stayed for 5 weeks and it was fantastic! The place looks exactly like the photos. The complex is nice with a great pool and the apartment has everything you could need. Upon arrival the place was really clean and Ron was very welcoming and responsive throughout the trip. There is a decent walk up a staircase so would avoid if you have mobility challenges but overall a great place to stay and a great value.

An excellent studio apartment for 1 or 2 persons! Everything required to prepare meals! Comfortable kingsize bed! Amazing rooftop dipping pool! Karla is FANTASTIC! Recommendations for many places!

Very nice quiet apartment in an excellent location. Short walk to several eateries and grocery stores. Short walk to bus stop to Hotel Zone beaches. Beautiful park for walking directly behind the apartment. We recommend and we would definitely stay again.
