Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Riviera Maya

Day y Onyl’s apartment was absolutely breathtaking!!! It was perfect for our group of 3. The apartment was equipped with washer/dryer, 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 balconies and a beautiful living/dining room area. The wood furniture was a nice touch and felt incredibly authentic and unique. The communication was great and we were able to reach them quickly if we ever needed anything. The infinity rooftop pool and hot tubs were absolutely breathtaking. We spent much of our time at the apartment up here. It was serene and absolutely stunning. The only thing to consider is that it is about a 20 minute drive to the beach. There are bikes you can rent though as well. We look forward to coming back again!!!!

This apartment is spacious and incredible. In a brand new building and everything was so nice. Looked exactly like the photos. Highly recommend staying here!

Our trip to Tulum was amazing because of our comfortable stay here. The studio in person looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment building as a whole was very nice with many amenities. The area was definitely more reserved but getting a taxi to and from the apartment was no problem. There’s 24/7 front desk staff that are very sweet and helpful with suggestions, daily greetings, and can also help you order a taxi. You could definitely bike to the beach from here if you’re looking for a cheaper option. Overall I would 100% recommend staying here!

This was a great apartment and complex. Nice amenities, clean, and felt very safe. It's walkable to most places in the central area. Host was very welcoming and so responsive. I highly recommend this apartment if you need a nice and safe place in Tulum!

excellent service, very clean and comfortable stay

We’ve had many great Airbnb hosts, but Claudia took hospitality to a new level. The condo was lovely as were evenings on the balcony. The king bed was very comfortable and air conditioning top notch. The pretty property was quiet and felt very safe, and the friendly concierge staff was welcoming. The pool areas were beautiful and spacious. We were surprised by the nice shopping area, close-by, for groceries, pharmacy, clothing and much more. We had wondered how we would do without an oven over our 2-month stay. as we prepare many meals for our special diet. We have never owned a toaster oven, but we SOON will. We quickly learned its value by the fabulous meals we prepared. The gorgeous beaches cannot be beat; however, beach clubs have a daily price. We walked, biked and taxi’d to the beach, finally taking the Collectivo (a shared ride van) with pickup and drop-off near the condo. We so enjoyed this property and its owner and cannot imagine anyone not feeling as thankful as we do.

Perfect accommodation! It was as advertised and the service is very good. The location is perfect for getting around the city.

The apartment is great, close to the center and in the condominium there is a lot. The apartment has utensils such as soap only, but several clean towels, impeccable linens, air conditioning, dryer, great location. We'd definitely love to come back.

This a beautiful home. Matches everything shown with the photos. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The home is around a developing neighborhood. During the weekdays, it will be loud construction noise starting in the early mornings. The roads surrounding the home are unpaved and muddy but that’s apart of being in Tulum, Mexico. Definitely recommend to others to book. Inside the gates is amazing, outside the gates factors are out of your control.

What a wonderful place Vickie has created. The house is beautiful, but where it really shines is outside. Lounging in the cenote, watching the birds and lizards, giving the resident dogs some scritches - so relaxing. The main purpose of our trip was to dive cenotes, you couldn't have a better location. A couple days our dives were just minutes away. Vickie was wonderful, so kind and friendly. She was always super responsive when we had questions and gave us great tips on the local area. 10/10 will absolutely stay here again next we are in the area.

The accommodation is very comfortable and is located in a central area, which facilitates access to various points of interest. Everything was impeccably clean and the staff that welcomed us was very friendly, giving us excellent recommendations of tourist places to visit. The description of the listing and the photos posted on the platform correspond faithfully to the reality. I highly recommend this lodging as it is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen.

We stayed at the villa for a bachelorette trip, and had a great time. The pool area was lovely, we had a private chef come, and massages as well in the Airbnb. The villa was beautiful and comfortable for our group of 6 with spacious rooms, beds, and bathrooms. The host was extremely responsive to our questions both before and during our stay.

Beautiful, quiet surrounding. Easy access to the beach clubs which are approximately 2 miles away. 2 small stores nearby and a lovely cafe bar 4 blocks away. Close to downtown so you can explore the places they offer. I definitely would stay here again. It’s an electric code access which they have. Didn’t mind it. However, during check-in the battery was so low it wouldn’t work. They got back to us immediately and had someone change the battery. Love the rooftop pool access. So pleasant during a hot day.

We had a great stay overall. The bed was very comfy! The rooftop pool was better in person. The blue light in the plunge pool did not come on and we couldn’t figure out how to make it light up, but everything else was lovely. Thank you for having us

Excellent place to rest and also has several places nearby, such as supermarkets, restaurants and the area is quiet and very safe! I definitely recommend it! The host is super friendly! I hope to be able to return soon!

Great stay at iPLAYA! Everything was just as advertised and the hosts provided very detailed check-in instructions and other info prior to arrival. Front desk is staffed 24x7 with very friendly folks. In a quieter neighborhood while still being a 5-10min walk to the main strip on 5th. Check out PapaCharly’s restaurant next door as well, it’s great!

We had a great week staying at Carlos’ place. Carlos was a great host. He sent us lots of recommendations in the neighbourhood and was very communicative. He checked in once or twice throughout the week to see if we needed anything. You could tell he wanted to make sure we had a great stay, which we really appreciated. Both bedrooms were spacious and as described. The window in the second floor bedroom was beautiful! It really is as lush as in the pictures, despite being on the top floor. The pool on the balcony was a nice touch as well. It was bigger than we expected and very clean. The pool cleaner came twice throughout the week but it wasn’t disruptive. The best part about the condo is the roof top pool! Adults only, quiet, lots of sun all day, and only one floor away. We never had trouble getting lounge chairs and met some very nice neighbours. Overall we loved our week and I would recommend this condo to any traveler looking for a comfortable, conveniently located option.
