Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Riviera Maya

We had a great time in Puerto Morales. As a family of four and traveling last minute, we were looking for something basic and simple , and Gladys Airbnb definitely worked out for us. Area is walkable, but if you are not a fan of walking, I recommend renting a car , and or of course you can take collectivio. Its a 10 min drive to the beach. At night, kids were relaxing in the swimming pool and we could walk around the neighborhood. Thank you Gladys, for your hospitality!

Wish I had more time to craft a review befitting of Leon's awesome place. We spent a month there and it was just lovely. My favorite part of the house were the brick dome ceilings. unique and beautiful. If / when we go back to Cancun I'll be trying to stay here. Before I got there I couldn't figure out how the house could sleep 9 people, but it totally can. The main house has one large ensuite bedroom and two other large rooms with lots of comfortable loung-y furniture that could easily sleep 6 people. Then there are two separate apartments with their own ensuite bathrooms. You access these two apartments through the beautiful central courtyard that connects the main house and apartments. Of note, the main house has a second full bathroom that visitors or other guests can use. Location. The house was close to restaurants, the gym, the main mall (Plazas Americas), large grocery stores like Walmart and Chedraui, and a lab - random but super convenient when I got sick. Most things are walkable and taxis are easy to flag. You will be in real neighborhood with a park just up the street. There was a Taco stand just up the block so it was easy to get a breakfast taco if we wanted. We were in town for personal reasons that didn't involve going back and forth to the beach, so I can't comment on that. Speaking of real neighborhoods, there was some kind of club or bar that played music at night. It was noticeable but not loud. I'm a light-ish sleeper and was able to sleep just fine. Responsiveness. There were a few small issues that came up during our stay but Leon was SUPER responsive and got things fixed immediately. For example the water in Cancun is really hard and crystallized in one of the shower heads so the pressure got weak. Leon came right over and fixed it. Same for the washing machine. He had someone come in the next morning and when they couldn't fix it, he took our laundry to a professional laundering service and covered the cost. I could say more but I think you get the gist. I loved it and would stay again.

We loved our stay at Casa Arena! Christian was very kind with us and made us feel right at home! He gave us the recommend for Walgreens express to buy groceries and it is really a great option for a grocery store! The quietness and serenity of Casa Arena is wonderful, and you really can’t beat the location. Thank you Karla and Christian!

This place is fantastic. We stayed with friends and their 8 year old daughter - everyone loved the space - indoors and out. It has everything you might need - well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice showers. The pool is perfect. The yard is surrounded by fruit trees with lots of birds and wildlife! Patrick and Rich were kind and responsive. El Cedral is a special little town - away from it all - a car is needed but allows you freedom to explore. Highly recommend

This is a beautiful villa, however, the location it’s a little bit hard to find and the roads are very rough

This house is lovely! We had a girls trip here and it was such a great spot for a group. The house layout is great, the pool set up is perfect and it looks exactly like the photos. Truly the best part was all the help from Rebecca. I’ve never had such incredible support and communication from a host before - from helping us book a private chef, poolside cocktail service and shuttles around town, to suggesting a beach clubs and restaurants for dinner. She was amazing!

The house made our stay with friends even more perfect. The view, the pool, the facilities in the house and the proximity to the house with 5th Avenue ensure that we enjoy every moment. We'd go back in the morning!

This Airbnb was incredible. The host was very responsive and helpful. She helped us find a reliable and safe driver for the week, helped us book a chef and was always open to sharing helpful tips. The lock broke on the gate and someone was there to help us almost instantly. We felt safe the whole time. And the airbnb was better than the pictures! So beautiful. This was for my bachelorette trip and we couldn’t have asked for a better home to stay in,

Excellent stay 😍🤗 we had some good days of rest, super accessible, near Fifth Avenue, supermarkets, a very safe place, very relaxing the pool, the cleanliness of the place, the safety people very friendly, our son did not want to leave... Suitable for people with disabilities (my wife has a problem in one leg and had no problems).. Andrés is always attentive to answer any questions... Highly recommended!

This unit looks better in person and it has a partial ocean view, which was a super nice surprise. The kitchen was fully equipped, very clean and with plenty of drinking water available for 2 people. Tzitlalli from Playa Moments was available to assist with any questions. The swim up bar at the pool was a plus. Location is excellent, super close to the beach and restaurants with live entertainment. I highly recommend staying here.

Excellent apartment with swimming pool (single pool) . In a modern complex with natural decor respecting the surroundings of the city.. That has everything you need for nice stay in Tulum. A tip, be careful with the accesses because the streets are almost impassable. The place doesn't almost have a phone signal reception. It has internet in the room. And at the reception of the condominium. With those exceptions the stay, it's almost 100%. I would definitely come back.

This is a great place to stay! We stayed for about 10 days and the host was responsive and helpful. Great community and worth the price. I definitely recommend staying here.

We spent three wonderful weeks at Xibalba Apartments and really enjoyed our stay. Nestled in the middle of the Tulum jungle, it’s a peaceful and quiet place, perfect for relaxing and listening to the sounds of nature—especially the many birds that sing throughout the garden. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking at home. Being just a few meters from one of the pools was a real highlight—it made it so easy to take a quick dip or unwind throughout the day. The photos online are very accurate, and we were really pleased with the communication and service from the hosting team—any small issues were handled quickly and professionally. The facilities and amenities are very well maintained. You can see the staff working from early morning to keep the pools and garden

Eduardo's accommodation is very comfortable, the autonomous entrance is very comfortable, the parking lot is very spacious and private, 24h guarded, the view of the roof with the pool and the beach is spectacular, the room and living room very comfortable and fresh colors, definitely a place to which I will return, the host very attentive at all hours, thank you very much Eduardo

The site is beautiful, you have what it takes to spend a pleasant stay, beautiful view, with the comfort of having its own pool at the foot of the room, the bathroom has hot water, you have ideal rest with the black out curtains. As for the location, it is advisable to take a car since its location is not in the center of Tulum and also not close to the beach to consider walking; but that in turn allows you to be quiet and enjoy nature. I would stay on site again.

Just go ahead and book it. Safety is a must for me and I felt very safe while I was here - it’s a gated community. I was here for my birthday. I mostly communication with Ilona and she is super kind & very responsive, proactive with requests, she also recommend so many places & things to do as well as a lovely agent that helped me book my activities. She sent me pastry & a beautiful cake on my birthday which was very thoughtful. Home is gorgeous, clean. Pictures don’t do justice. 10/10 experience.

A smal pease of heaven on earth. If y search for a quit place in the natur with verry good food you are right here. It is also not far to Akumal and Tulum. Thanks to the whole Team. Hope to come back one day. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I highly recommend this Airbnb. Lety was really responsive and flexible with my arrival. Thanks, Lety! She also gave us great recommendations for our trip, amazing spots to visit and great restaurants — even some hidden gems. If you want to avoid the crowded places, ask for her recommendations. The cenotes were amazing. The apartment was well-equipped, and each room had a spot for working. The internet was great as well. Our stay was awesome and this will be our go-to spot any time we return to Tulum!

Not just a vacation—an unforgettable adventure! Traveling with 7 older teens is challenging, but Sebastian and Fernanda made it effortless. Every day was special: snorkeling at a hidden spot with a picnic, spotting monkeys (and babies!) and iguanas by the pool, and exploring nearby cenotes and Xcaret parks. The rooms were beautifully decorated with beds that were super comfy and A/C. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen had everything we needed, and Sonos speakers inside and out made relaxing even better. The curated delicious dinners Sebastian cooked were thoughtful, fresh, and a true highlight. Our hosts were amazing—always available for questions or thoughtful recommendations, from local restaurants to hidden cenotes. They made transportation to whatever we wanted to do an absolute breeze. Our teens said it best: each day’s adventure and every meal was better than the last. A magical stay we’ll never forget!
