We stayed at Ele’s bnb for 10 days in June and we were so glad we picked this bnb. The unit is at such a perfect location and the Sotavento building/complex is great. We normally hang out at Garrafon de Castillo and have always wanted to stay at Sotavento. Finally booked a unit and it was well worth it. The grounds are immaculate, pool was perfect, the parking was convenient in front and down in the parking garage. The views are unbelievable and after staying at multiple units and hotels on the island we will most definitely book this unit again. Several food and convenience store options with in walking distance. The whole building unit is right off the road but the fence and layout of the building was able to mask the keep the vehicle noise down. The gate at the front entrance and the underground parking garage made the place feel very secure. There’s a bathroom down the staircase to the garage and very convenient if you’re out in the pool or hanging outside of the bnb. Great bnb!

Jose was extremely responsive to any hiccups we had. Overall the stay was great, it was perfect for my family. Quiet and peaceful and the Tao Community is just beautiful! Can't wait to go back!

The apartment was very clean and great for traveling solo or in a couple. The hosts were very communicative from the start of booking until check out. We did go during high season and with most of the apartments being airbnbs and so close together, it was pretty noisy. The area is also not fully developed so beware of unpaved roads and having to walk a bit to the nearest coffee shop or store. Other than that, i would definitely recommend this apartment !

We had a wonderful stay at Valeria’s condo! The space is beautifully designed with thoughtful details, high-end finishes, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Its location in La Veleta is ideal—close to fantastic restaurants and just a 15-minute drive to the beach. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a peaceful and stylish retreat in Tulum!

The Amada has a special charm. The apartment is even better than in the photos: well decorated, comfortable, with an ideal terrace to relax and a perfect barbecue for those of us who enjoy cooking on the fire. The sunsets from the fifth-floor pool are incomparable: direct view of the marina and its boats, spectacular! The beach club is very close, it is comfortable, with a good restaurant and reasonable prices. The store in the building is useful for the basics (although it closes early). The beach was pristine, with no sargassum, and the marina pier is a beautiful promenade. Alexa was a great host: she sent us clear instructions before we arrived and immediately resolved the small situations that arose. We had an excellent stay with my wife and son. Everything flowed harmoniously. Highly recommended!

The studio is surrounded by wonderful greenery and is very comfortable, private and quit. He was extremely helpful in order for me to plan the stay for my brother and his wife, who absolutely loved the surroundings, the pools, and the studio. My brother has limited mobility and can not walk big distances and the place is very well suited for his needs and capabilities.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The ambiance was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Tulum. The space was clean, well-kept, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It’s located close to the heart of Tulum, so getting to restaurants, shops, and attractions was easy. The price was very affordable for the area, which made the experience even better. While it’s possible to get around without one, I would recommend having a car or scooter to make access to the beach, cenotes, and downtown even more convenient. Overall, it was a great value and an excellent base for enjoying Tulum! Would definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic place! The location is perfect, close to everything and very safe. The rooftop pool is absolutely amazing, especially for watching the sunset. The kitchen has all the basics in case you feel like cooking at home. The bathroom is very clean with good water pressure in the shower. The only downside is that the couch needs a good cleaning as there are some stains on it, but it might just be the color of the couch.

Amazing! I would definitely come back! If your idea is to be comfortable, I chose this place. It's incredibly beautiful, clean, modern. It has a cochera. Everything is close by, it's all at your fingertips. And the area is very quiet and safe. EXCELLENT PLACE

Great value for money and awesome service from hosts. Delivered a second blanket on request and got a refund for a bike that had an issue with the chain during use. Area is great, walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and close to Parque del Jaguar.

Claudia was an extremely present and helpful host, she responded in the second no matter the time or the request. She accommodated us for the small glitches and also gave us references super quickly as soon as requested. We got locked out of the apartment and she was very proactive and quick to fix the problem (she called a locksmith and fixed the problem in an hour). We really enjoyed staying at her Airbnb.

I had an incredible month-long stay at this Airbnb in Tulum’s La Veleta neighborhood. The area is filled with amazing restaurants, all within walking distance. I loved that I could explore the neighborhood entirely on foot—it's very safe and walk-friendly. The experience was everything I hoped for, and I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

Very nice quiet apartment in an excellent location. Short walk to several eateries and grocery stores. Short walk to bus stop to Hotel Zone beaches. Beautiful park for walking directly behind the apartment. We recommend and we would definitely stay again.

This place was simply magical! Sylvia's service was top-notch, warm and very professional. Everything was impeccably cared for and prepared with dedication for our arrival. The property is extremely cozy and equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. The pool... much better in person than in the photos! The images really don't do it justice. I felt completely safe throughout the stay, and the area is quiet, with restaurants, pharmacies and supermarkets just a few minutes away. If I could put into words how incredible this experience was, I would still fall short. If you're looking for accommodation in Cancun, don't think twice: this place is undoubtedly one of the best I've ever stayed in. I have nothing negative to say about how magical it was. A real luxury in every way!
