Amazing place, very easy quick access to a great beach with complementary day beds. Pool was very nice also. Highly recommend if you are looking to stay near the beach - walking distance (under 10 min) to all the best spots

Roger was great to work with. Responds quickly, answers questions, helps out in any way needed. We loved the resort and he made it happen without a problem!

This place was a very lovely and charming place with an amazing location. The communication for any of my needs was prompt and accommodating, I could not have asked for better service! I would definitely revisit!

The communication was very comforting from the moment we booked. Berenice really aims to please , she is quick to respond and very accommodating. The condo is exactly like the pictures , the surroundings are much and beautiful, everything was as expected and more ! I felt supported and guided with any questions or concerns, she was quick to answer and always with a smile . I will hopefully be back many times to come !

Great place walking steps to the beach, clean, they put attention to every detail. AC works perfectly. They even got a crib for my baby. Host always responsive and friendly. Highly recommended

This place is so peaceful and beautiful. The bed was amazing, ac and fan kept us cool in this hot weather, bathroom was cute and had hot water, we felt very safe and walked home from visiting a friend. We would definitely stay here again.

It was a very pleasant place to stay, I like that Alado has a coffee for breakfast. The very good installation, has several amenities that it describes. And very close to ADO.

A newly renovated boutique hotel. Nice design. A very comfy bed in an open concept room with a nice view of the ocean front board walk. Seems like it would be a noisy location but it was not and we slept well. No restaurant service on Monday but there are plenty of other options close by. A very nice place for the price. Friendly staff.

Shout out to Adyemar, Adhara, & Faby! What a team! Adyemar checked us in, showed us around and gave out wonderful recommendations. He was quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. Adhara covered the morning and helped to organize our massages for us, which we thoroughly enjoyed. And Faby did a beautiful job keeping our place tidy for us. Even though we had to cut our trip early for personal reasons back home, we are talking about coming back again with friends and definitely would recommend it to others. We loved the fact that we were far enough away from the crowds but within a 5-10 min drive we were right by the grocery store, restaurants, shopping and beaches. We loved watching the sunrise over the ocean on the rooftop and relaxing by the garden pool in the afternoons/evenings. We had beautiful surroundings and enjoyed all that nature had presented, even the little house geckos that came out at night. We loved it!

A peaceful oasis in the busy hotel zone!

This house in the middle of the jungle gave us just what we needed... A space to relax, coexist and connect with nature. We really enjoyed the resting areas (we love the net and the hammocks). Very grateful to the host, who felt super good with the instructions, in addition to showing us how well equipped the house is to enjoy the space at 100. We returned very happy about this experience in a space that I would describe as unique.

From the moment we arrived at the cottage we were filled with peace and harmony. Beautiful cabin to enjoy a few days in the jungle and appreciate a natural environment with many animals. Super equipped cabin and kitchen with everything you need. Tania is a very friendly and predisposed person. It was a long time we didn't rest so well! We definitely recommend and will be back on our next visit to Tulum. We fell in love with the place!

A serene, well-kept place—perfect for a nervous system reset. No construction noise. Great blackout curtains. Cleanliness: Two pools cleaned often; the whole property is new and clean. Host: Excellent communication. When I had food poisoning, the host kindly sent electrolytes with the housekeeper, after my request. Safety: Felt very safe as a solo traveler. Location: 15 min bike ride to the beach, 15 min car ride to Chedraui (taxi ~$250–300 MXN). Extras: Closest bike rental at Gardens Hotel ($250/day). Laundry works. Detergent under the sink. Bonus: Nearby KAN Hotel has a cenote open to all and a generator in case of power outages (20 min walk). Highly recommend for a peaceful and supportive stay in Tulum.

It's a good place

Carlos place was great, exactly as in the pictures. Great location, fully equipped house. Carlos was easy to communicate with and a gentleman.

Raquel's place felt like home during my stay! Raquel was a delightful host, and I would love to stay again when/if I return to Playa. The front patio with all the the beautiful plants was a highlight of the place. Great location for biking or walking to town/beach.
