This is my 2nd stay at this location and with this host. I must say my stay is ALWAYS amazing. The concierge is also very helpful. They helped me setup an amazing birthday set up for my boyfriend. I would definitely book again.

This place was just like home and I would rebook it if I had to go back again. Everything was perfect. Its closer to most nearby attractions.

I can most definitely say this was one of our All time favorite places to stay!! The home was in an amazing location…walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to do. Corrina had a list of dining places that were spectacular!! We love to walk and explore and these surrounding did not disappoint. The private pool was a huge blessing on days that we just want to lay out and relax!! Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home!

Loved staying at Martin & Alan’s place, and we would definitely return. The condo was well secured, safe, clean, and not to mention gorgeous! Loved the private plunge pool, and we really appreciated the complimentary items such as ample toiletries, paper towel, kitchen items, and extra towels + blanket! Only thing i’d note is that the stairs to the roof plunge pool are quite narrow, so be mindful of that when booking. The shared pool was also really awesome.

My husband and I stayed for 3 full days. We loved the location and the vibes overall. Very clean and accommodating. We loved that we could buy groceries and eat on property. The staff we met at the property were so friendly and very helpful. We felt safe and well looked after. We plan on coming back again with our young daughter, and other family members. Thank you for being amazing.

Magical! This was one of our favorite finds. The lagoon and cenotes on property were amazing! Great local food. The little beach area of Akumal was great to walk around. We found a fun breakfast place nearby called Jungle Cafe and the La Buena Vida restaurant for lunch was on the ocean and had a pool on site for our kids to swim in after lunch. But the true highlight was the comfortable condo, serene environment, walks to the cenotes, swimming in the lagoon, pool and swinging in the hammock. We hope to be back someday to have another magical visit.

Lillian is a beautiful soul inside and out !! She was very responsive and helpful with local ideas . The place was beautiful and peaceful. Not far from the beach, not far from town . We met thunder and her in person upon arrival, and we just laughed! Felt like I’d known them my whole life ! Thank you for letting me celebrate my birthday at your place !!! We will definitely be back , and looking at her other rentals !! We appreciate a host like you !!

Would definitely come back!!! Fantastic host - kind, informative & wonderfully hospitality. We loved this beautiful place & options on site for private cenote, Mayan ruins, and short walk to the beach. Perfect in case we didn't get out to explore. I chose Playa del Carmen because it's half way between Cancun & Tulum yet fairly easy to get to the airport. We went to Edin cenote which was fun, refreshing & close by, in Tulum we enjoyed a completely different vibe, and ran out of time to snorkel in Akumal. The 3 seperate bedrooms are each spaced well for privacy. There was a very nice oven/stove to cook meals on which we did 50% of the time and we really enjoyed the variety of restaurants with great service nearby. Our favorite breakfast was at Lara & Luca. Unexpected: The Mall in walking distance, super friendly people, and how much we loved seeing wildlife by the pool: spider monkeys, caoti, and iguanas in the trees with turtles and agouti on land. The location was wonderful, the rooftop pool was private with great views and great service. The front desk service was helpful and kind.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect — a true home away from home in Tulum! The location is fantastic, very close to the centro but still peaceful and relaxing. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The space was spotless, and thoughtful touches like slippers, toothbrushes, and razors made it feel extra special. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure, which can be rare to find. I also really appreciated the personalized key code — it was so convenient not having to worry about forgetting it! There were plenty of outlets throughout the apartment, making it easy to charge all our devices without any hassle. Parking was easily accessible, which was a huge plus for us. Whether you’re planning a short getaway or a longer stay, this Airbnb has everything you need. Highly recommend — I would definitely stay here again!

Un super séjour ! Le logement était exactement comme décrit : propre, spacieux et bien situé par rapport aux diverses activités. Le condo est facile d’accès, l’endroit est très tranquille, parfait pour se détendre. La piscine est belle et bien entretenue. Les chambres sont confortable Micheline et Giovanna ont été très réactives. Les instruction d'arrivée et de départ sont très claires. Je recommande sans hésiter.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

I was staying there with my little Shih Tzu and we had a great two night stay! Walking distance to one of the best taco places of Tulum, and an amazing terrace overlooking the street which is honestly super spacy! Since it had a small desk, I was able to get some work done as well, everything is super functional and I would be happy to stay again! Host is great in communication, super accommodating.

We came to Kippal Cozumel with my wife and kids, and it didn’t take long to realize we had found the perfect spot for a family vacation. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped – but what really made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home from the very beginning. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the foosball table, and the pool table – it was hard to get them to leave. And we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the rooftop bar with relaxing music, and the perfectly timed, delicious margarita that made everything even better. It honestly felt like every little detail had already been thought of. The hospitality was top-notch and full of heart. Thank you for an amazing experience – we would absolutely love to come back again!

Justo como lo describe su nombre, un paraíso de verdad! si te gusta la tranquilidad y pasar unos días relajados lejos de todo el bullicio de Quintana Roo este es el lugar ideal, la vista al mar es increíble y el departamento tiene todas las comodidades que puedes imaginar! es necesario auto propio para estar más cómodos ya que no hay nada cercas, pero eso es justo lo que buscábamos, las albercas y las amenidades de primer nivel, siempre limpias y listas con todo, las reglas muy claras y faciles entender, volvería a hospedarme ahí sin duda! mis esposo y yo quedamos fascinados.

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. Great location, close to everything. Apartment was exceptionally clean, quiet and well designed. Staff was extremely helpful with holding luggage on the check in and checkout, always providing clean beach towels and great local recommendations. We've not had time to try restaurant on premises, but it looked very appealing. Please be aware that there is no swimming beach right next to this property, but plenty within 5 min walk.

excellent place and location right on the beach! the pool and garden is also very beautiful. Perfect for our relaxing vacation in nature... it is located away from the more popular touristy area and in a large private condominium complex so it was very peaceful with lots of wildlife to see.

We had a wonderful time at Chris’s place!! It was the perfect location for our family’s first visit to Playa del Carmen. It was close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The home was clean, beds were comfortable and hosts were responsive. Five stars all the way!! We will definitely book Chris’s place next time we are in PDC.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return
