Amazing host, super responsive, gave great local recommendations. The pictures don’t do this place justice it was beautiful inside and out. I would 100% recommend to anyone looking to stay in Tulum.

I can most definitely say this was one of our All time favorite places to stay!! The home was in an amazing location…walking distance to everything we needed or wanted to do. Corrina had a list of dining places that were spectacular!! We love to walk and explore and these surrounding did not disappoint. The private pool was a huge blessing on days that we just want to lay out and relax!! Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home!

Loved staying at Martin & Alan’s place, and we would definitely return. The condo was well secured, safe, clean, and not to mention gorgeous! Loved the private plunge pool, and we really appreciated the complimentary items such as ample toiletries, paper towel, kitchen items, and extra towels + blanket! Only thing i’d note is that the stairs to the roof plunge pool are quite narrow, so be mindful of that when booking. The shared pool was also really awesome.

Magical! This was one of our favorite finds. The lagoon and cenotes on property were amazing! Great local food. The little beach area of Akumal was great to walk around. We found a fun breakfast place nearby called Jungle Cafe and the La Buena Vida restaurant for lunch was on the ocean and had a pool on site for our kids to swim in after lunch. But the true highlight was the comfortable condo, serene environment, walks to the cenotes, swimming in the lagoon, pool and swinging in the hammock. We hope to be back someday to have another magical visit.

Lillian is a beautiful soul inside and out !! She was very responsive and helpful with local ideas . The place was beautiful and peaceful. Not far from the beach, not far from town . We met thunder and her in person upon arrival, and we just laughed! Felt like I’d known them my whole life ! Thank you for letting me celebrate my birthday at your place !!! We will definitely be back , and looking at her other rentals !! We appreciate a host like you !!

Amazing location! Beachfront and in an exclusive private beach. The bay waters are very calm so perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The unit is beautifully decorated and it’s very well equipped. The plunge pool in the large balcony overlooking the turquoise ocean was a great way to cool off without leaving the room. And the rooftops? Wow! The gym that overlooks the jungle and on the other side, a second large rooftop deck with a roof pool where you can see the most amazing sunsets, with ocean views of the entire bay. BBQ grill and pizza oven on the deck as well. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes on the main road, from Tulum town and the hotels beach area, away from the noise but a fast and easy ride to go enjoy a night in the town. The hosts were friendly, responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and we look forward to coming back to this paradise!

The place was beautiful and very clean. Check-in was smooth, and Esperanza was there to welcome us. As a kind courtesy, they had water, beer, and fresh fruit waiting for us — such a thoughtful and personal touch I’ve never experienced before. The AC in the living room wasn’t working initially, but they sent someone quickly to fix it. The water pressure wasn’t the best, which is somewhat expected in Mexico, but it did make showers a bit difficult. All the staff were friendly and helpful — especially Jazmin Flores, the gate guard, who was incredibly kind and attentive. We wished we had explored more of the Playacar area since it has so much to offer. The location was just as described and very convenient. Overall, my friends and I truly enjoyed our stay!

The location was wonderful, the rooftop pool was private with great views and great service. The front desk service was helpful and kind.

This was an excellent choice for my stay. I recommend this location and would visit again.

We had a great vacation in Dovile's apartment. We were 2 adults and 2 small children (1 and 4 years old). Dovile kindly provided a cot and a highchair. The apartment has a great layout - the bedrooms are separated from the living room by a corridor. The terrace became our favorite place, where we spent a lot of time and often cooked food using the gas grill (Weber). The Vaiven Del Viento complex itself is very calm and peaceful. We will be happy to come back here again.

I was staying there with my little Shih Tzu and we had a great two night stay! Walking distance to one of the best taco places of Tulum, and an amazing terrace overlooking the street which is honestly super spacy! Since it had a small desk, I was able to get some work done as well, everything is super functional and I would be happy to stay again! Host is great in communication, super accommodating.

We came to Kippal Cozumel with my wife and kids, and it didn’t take long to realize we had found the perfect spot for a family vacation. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and fully equipped – but what really made the difference was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. We truly felt at home from the very beginning. The kids absolutely loved the pool, the foosball table, and the pool table – it was hard to get them to leave. And we enjoyed the peace and quiet, the rooftop bar with relaxing music, and the perfectly timed, delicious margarita that made everything even better. It honestly felt like every little detail had already been thought of. The hospitality was top-notch and full of heart. Thank you for an amazing experience – we would absolutely love to come back again!

Oceana Residences was in a perfect location and central to all restaurants, bars, and entertainment on 5th Avenue. Coco was very responsive and provided numerous recommendations for eating and entertainment for our family. I also provided recommendations on additional items that would be nice for our stay, and she was responsive to this. Although it was very hot and humid, it was perfect due to lower crowds- we often had the pool to ourselves or only a few other people around. I will say that the beach (Mamitas beach) was not very usable due to the high levels of sargassum. It truly is a problem this time of year, and although the locals are doing everything possible to remove it, it is almost impossible to keep up with. We ended up not staying at or walking the beaches at all, which was a disappointment. Other than the beaches, the trip was wonderful and we had a relaxing vacation!

Being a host myself I read reviews and want a clean safe place. This place checked all those boxes and more. This was a girls trip for my friends birthday We felt safe and well takin care of. We ordered groceries ahead of time so they were in the room when we arrived . Joel works in the office and was ABSOLUTELY so nice and helpful. All of the staff here work so hard. If you want a nice condo by the ocean don't hesitate to book . I would absolutely stay here again and trust me when I say I am picky. Look no further than this property. The unit itself is immaculate and the design/layout is beautiful. Monica’s staff did an outstanding job of accommodating us throughout the trip and went above and beyond for me and my crew! Looking forward to booking this Airbnb again! Wow, what a place and what a host! I don’t really know what to say here other than the place is perfect and even better in real life, Terrence is an absolute joy to communicate with and we are super grateful to have spent the first leg of our 2 week holiday here. The area is lovely and quiet with an OXXO up the road (5 mins walk) and ‘walking beach’ down the road (20 minute walk with kids, quicker otherwise!). Highly recommend seeking out Crocodile Lagoon (walk to beach then follow the coast south as the route on google maps was blocked when we tried that), enter the jungle at the trash can/bin and follow it around and you’ll make it to the lagoon, just don’t tell anyone - it was so peaceful and the kids (10/6) loved swimming with the many fishes amongst the peace and quite. Highly recommend this place. If you don’t have a car, take the collectivo from the highway outside the resort entrance in either direction. Cross the road if you want to go to Akumal/Tulum direction. Enjoy :)

My husband and I stayed for 3 full days. We loved the location and the vibes overall. Very clean and accommodating. We loved that we could buy groceries and eat on property. The staff we met at the property were so friendly and very helpful. We felt safe and well looked after. We plan on coming back again with our young daughter, and other family members. Thank you for being amazing.

excellent place and location right on the beach! the pool and garden is also very beautiful. Perfect for our relaxing vacation in nature... it is located away from the more popular touristy area and in a large private condominium complex so it was very peaceful with lots of wildlife to see.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return
