Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Great stay in Levanto! The apartment is very well located: in the city center and close to restaurants, pastry shops, etc. but also the train station and the beach! Levanto is a lovely city with a very nice beachfront. In addition, the proximity of the Cinque Terre and the ease of access by train were very convenient! Finally, the hospitality and availability of the host were perfect!

We had a great stay for four, with our two children, in this impeccable accommodation. The apartment is very well located, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom impeccably clean. We particularly enjoyed the immersion in the authentic atmosphere of an Italian village, a real change of scenery. We stayed 3 nights at the house,we were 2 families, 4 adults and 4 children. The house was clean and spacious. We felt right at home, we had everything you need to cook but the location is also strategic because within 500m there are bars,pizzerias, sandwich shops and bakeries. The place is strategic for those who want to visit many places in a few days. We went one day to Florence and then we were in Pisa, Viareggio, Portofino, Lucca...
