Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Riviera di Levante

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Maria is a great host. She met us before check-in time. He provided us with useful information about the apartment and the place. The apartment is very well located, comfortable, spacious, super clean and bright. I would really recommend it and would go back there.

Andrea is a super host, welcoming, nice and easy-going. I highly recommend a stay with him, a reliable and kind person. We will definitely be back!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is absolutely perfect, very walkable and close to everything you could need, from cafes and shops to local attractions. The place itself was spotless and felt very comfortable and welcoming. The host left some focaccia, which was absolutely delicious and such a thoughtful touch. Communication with the host was fantastic as well, they were super responsive and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again!

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality even more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight - a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic for escaping everyday life and being active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The property has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and also a washing machine and dryer are provided. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to take at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

Michael's home is an amazing property, just stunning! We had Chef Joseph cook for us in the home for our family and the dinner was fantastic! Highly recommend.

Cute bohemian place in authentic Italian village that feels like you stepped back into time. The balcony is great for coffee and views and Marco was always quick to respond and had good tips for locals attractions , thank you for the lovely time!

Michele took very good care of us, we even had a free shuttle service to the train station to go to the national park, incl. advice. He recommended very good restaurants and even made reservations for us. The accommodation was very clean and he is very eager to fulfill every wish. This place is just magical! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Gabriella and Elena made everything run smoothly and were always there when we needed something. We stayed for 4 nights with three families with kids and still felt the peace and quiet of the surroundings. The house is very big with a great pool, soccer field, swings, ping pong and fussball table. We ordered meat from the local butcher and had amazing BBQs surrounded by the beautiful nature of the house. We even saw fireflies in the garden! On our last night we had dinner in a restaurant that Gabriella recommended it was the perfect end to the trip. We‘ll all remember this trip for a long time. 🌿💚🌿

Central apartment very close to the Cathedral, very quiet and cozy. Only problem if you are high attention to the bed on the mezzanine...but once you "took the measures" no problem. Self check-in always leaves us a little sad. There is no one to welcome you and provide you with useful tips for your stay.... we found neither maps of the city nor other information ...so we left a copy of our paper guide for the next Italian guests. Elle allowed us to anticipate our entrance by a couple of hours compared to 3:00 p.m. Be careful not to turn off the refrigerator...the switch is with everyone else!

We had a fantastic stay at this very special apartment in Genoa. We were three friends traveling together, and the apartment was incredibly spacious and full of character. It has a unique artistic charm – not your standard holiday flat, but something with real soul. The apartment was clean and in great condition, with the kind of patina you’d expect from a historic building – full of atmosphere, yet with everything perfectly functional. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all well-equipped, and the terrace was an absolute highlight: stunning views over the port and a perfect spot to unwind. Communication was flawless and proactive from start to finish. The location is excellent – close to everything you might need, yet peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates a unique place with personality. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Excellent location and multiple communications with owners were responded to immediately with clear guidelines. We were given early access to the flat and garage which was lucky as it turned out the street was closed that day for a 25th anniversary celebration. Flat is accurately presented and described. It is very clean and the bedroom is quiet at night. Entry was a bit complicated as I also rented the garage - lock on front door, then a lock box for garage key/ remote and then a lock box for flat. Having said that, flat and garage were extremely secure and it was easy after that. Definitely recommend the flat and its central location. Parma is a lovely town.

The apartment was lovely and well located. Elisa was very helpful and and an excellent communicator. A thoroughly enjoyable experience all round.

We had a very good stay at Giuseppe and Valeria's. The accommodation is very pleasant with its large terrace in the heart of old Genoa. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped . Giuseppe is very available to advise vacationers and in case of problems. Really perfect. We'll be back with great pleasure. 😍
