Holiday rentals with a balcony in Liguria

Great stay in Levanto! The apartment is very well located: in the city center and close to restaurants, pastry shops, etc. but also the train station and the beach! Levanto is a lovely city with a very nice beachfront. In addition, the proximity of the Cinque Terre and the ease of access by train were very convenient! Finally, the hospitality and availability of the host were perfect!

This was a wonderful place to stay. We highly recommend this apartment and visiting Levanto. Check-in and out was simple. They left us a present upong check-in for celebrating our honeymoon which was very thoughtful and very much appreciated. The apartment truly feels like a home and it has everything you would need during your stay.

Well equipped and placed apartment at the seaside, with a great welcome and always available host. Everything we needed was provided all the normal stuff plus poolside towels and detergents for the dishwasher and washing machine. The wi-fi was great, though we did not use the TV so could not comment on that. The kitchen was well equipped and the fridge and freezer were a good size. The only observation was that storage space was a little limited. Though small, the pool was lovely and due to the few guests using it we were usually swimming on our own. There was a good hot tub (not our thing so no comment) and plenty of loud music to play at the tub/pool. Stefano kindly arranged a scooter to hire which was great for being able to go/park wherever we liked during the peak holiday week we were there. We were lucky with the guests in the other two apartments, but we knew this could have worked out differently and so counted our blessings. Different music tastes can create a little tension at the poolside, but all it needs is a little communication. Stefano was also great at asking other occupants to contain late night noise when things got a little excited, which was appreciated. All in, this was a lovely place to spend a week in the sun and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view of Levanto. Minutes from the railway station, which was ideal for us as we were visiting Cinque Terre and Génova. Accommodated 5 of us comfortably.

Perfect for a week. 10min away from the train station and the beach. A supermarket in the same street. Everything needed is around.

We had a great stay for four, with our two children, in this impeccable accommodation. The apartment is very well located, the bedding comfortable, and the bathroom impeccably clean. We particularly enjoyed the immersion in the authentic atmosphere of an Italian village, a real change of scenery. A big thank you to Mauro and his wife for their warm welcome and very clear directions, which greatly facilitated our stay.

The apartment is in a great location. We parked the car and didn't need to use it anymore! Despite the lack of air conditioning, even in the heat wave, we were able to sleep properly. Besides, the bedding is excellent! It has everything you need.

Mauro was very friendly and helpful. The accommodation is well equipped and spacious. close to the center of Levanto and the train station leading to the villages of Cinque Terre. We recommend this listing and host!

We were a group of 9 and stayed in this house for three days. We had a great time, the house was equipped with everything you need and comfortable for a large group. Conveniently located and convenient for walking to the beaches. Priceless views and terraces! Very useful ping pong table

We were warmly welcomed, always felt welcome and had a stress-free and relaxing stay. The offer corresponded to the tender - according to pictures and description. In addition, we could also use the WiFi. We were able to move freely and always had the support of Chiara and Franco if we had any questions. I can recommend the place.

We had an amazing stay here - it was beautiful, cosy and comfortable with the most amazing views. Note there is no wifi but I used my phone to hotspot from and it wasn’t a problem at all. We loved it, planning to come back.

very homey place. Owners live on neighbour house so easy to get help if needed. we got very good information before arrival. Private parking makes life so easy. Especially roof terrace is really nice.
