The estate is simply enchanting, finely and tastefully renovated. The spaces are large, the furniture refined, the bathrooms fantastic and the additional services allow you to fully enjoy the experience. A special note of merit to Anna and Barbara, who welcomed us and made us feel at home, doing their best (always with a smile) to satisfy all our requests. Special mention for breakfast, really great.

We had a lovely time here. Charming apartment in the heart of Genoa’s caruggi. Comfortable bed, clean, ample amenities, and spacious. Manuel was a kind host and timely with all our text exchanges. Heads up: It’s a five floor walk-up, so pack accordingly. Highly recommend and would definitely book again!

Ideal apartment for visiting the 5 lands, close to the train station. It is located in the shopping street, just a little noise in the evening. The accommodation is clean with air conditioning. However, the shower is a little small. We didn't see Lorena but communication was very easy

Gianni’s apartment was great. The balcony was such a special treat and we enjoyed our morning beverages at the table. Great location and easy to walk to everything. It is in the center of many restaurants and is loud later into the evening. But we came prepared with ear plugs so we slept fine.

The place is wonderful! It has a view of the marina, quiet bedrooms, and spacious rooms! Paolo was extremely supportive during check-in. Even though we were an hour late past the final check-in time, he was available and helpful. We really liked everything!

A beautiful apartment in a super location just a couple of minutes walk to the old town. Iacopo and Loredana were on hand check us in and were super responsive and helpful in giving local recommendations. The flat was super - recently renovated with lots of great touches (charging cables, really strong aircon, coffee and biscuits) and the spa bath was obviously a highlight too! Would definitely come here again when back in Genoa

An unforgettable stay in Genoa! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The accommodation is even more beautiful than in the photos: tastefully decorated, clean, warm and very well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully crafted. The rooftop with hot tub is a real gem, offering beautiful views and an incomparable moment of relaxation – a real plus that makes the experience unique. The location is ideal for exploring the city, and everything was exactly as described… or even beyond our expectations. I would 100% recommend this BnB for an exceptional stay in Genova.

Check-in and check-out were very easy and understandable, also with the help of Michela's English-speaking son. The parking spot in the underground parking is a big plus! The apartment was extremely clean and everything you need for a short vacation was available. The immediate surroundings are not too nice, but you can quickly reach the city center on foot or by bus and enjoy it. All in all, I would recommend the apartment due to the good value for money!

Beautiful, spotlessly clean apartment that is centrally located and in the perfect location for my business trip with the office just across the street. Also, Jacopo was incredibly responsive, friendly & welcoming. The fresh & still warm focaccia from the bakery around the corner was delicious and much appreciated 😊. Will definitely be back for my next business trip in town.

The apartment is superb, quiet, extremely well located in the heart of the neighborhoods to see. The nearby restaurant recommended by our host, who was always very responsive, as all her other recommendations, was perfect. We stayed at Monica's place for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The apartment was perfect for exploring Genoa with its incredibly central location - we could walk everywhere with ease. The combined living/sleeping area worked brilliantly for us since we were always out sightseeing. Monica is an exceptional host who waited for our arrival and gave us a thorough tour of both the building and apartment, showing us where to find everything. This personal touch made settling in so much easier! The location is unbeatable - there's a delightful bakery right across the street for fresh breakfast, and just steps away you'll discover a charming street packed with fantastic restaurants and cafes. Perfect for food lovers! The bathroom exceeded expectations with strong shower pressure and all essentials thoughtfully provided. While the apartment sits on a busy street due to the prime central location, Monica had even provided earplugs just in case (though we didn't need them

I’m really glad that we chose to stay at Alessandro’s apartment. It was wonderful. Only a couple of years old. It’s so clean, roomy and comfortable. Very high ceilings. The air conditioning in the bedroom is great. There is a fan in the living area. More than adequate. It’s always a lovely temperature in the apartment. We decided to stay in Genoa as a base. One day we visited the historic areas of Genoa. The next we took a train to the Cinque Terre. The last day we did a half day boat trip to Positano. Such a fantastic trip! Thanks Alessandro for sharing your suggestions. Such a lovely host.

The property is a residence with all the comforts, the sea can be reached on foot from a rather challenging path, for convenience we have always used the car considering that in low season there is easy parking on the waterfront.

Its our 3rd time in a row that we stayed at Serena's place, as usual it was amazing. It feels like home, due to the privacy we have at the house, but feels like home too because Serena and her family are one of a kind hosts! Thank you for having us, we hope to see you next year! Very nice big apartment in a medieval village square with lots of character. Go and have a drink with the locals at the bar 2 doors away, they are very friendly.

We had a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Starting with the check-in, the stay went smoothly. The apartment invites you to relax and feel good away from many people. For two people, there is really more than enough space. We found the apartment to be very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to test the pool due to the temperatures. No wish was left unfulfilled for us. Supermarkets are super to reach by car within 10-15 minutes. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the city. The sea is usually about 20 minutes' drive away, depending on the location - just perfect.

This place is just magical! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Gabriella and Elena made everything run smoothly and were always there when we needed something. We stayed for 4 nights with three families with kids and still felt the peace and quiet of the surroundings. The house is very big with a great pool, soccer field, swings, ping pong and fussball table. We ordered meat from the local butcher and had amazing BBQs surrounded by the beautiful nature of the house. We even saw fireflies in the garden! On our last night we had dinner in a restaurant that Gabriella recommended it was the perfect end to the trip. We‘ll all remember this trip for a long time. 🌿💚🌿

Perfect, we loved the location just 9 mins from the walls of Lucca. We felt super comfortable in the houses
