Ferns place was exactly as described, extremely homely and comfortable. The location was perfect. With bus and train station very close by it met all our needs. Would highly recommend Ferns place to any family looking for a place to stay in Chelsea/London Fern, thank-you for making the process so easy, you are a super host. Regards Jenny and family.

We loved our stay at Pablo’s place. Lots of space for the family to relax and recharge for sightseeing! Pablo was a fantastic host.

What a gorgeous house for a group weekend away! We had about 10 of us in this space for a weekend in London and couldn’t have picked a better spot. Debbie was a superb host and with recent hot weather in London managed to get an AC installed before our stay! This was a game changer in the kitchen for a big group like ours, and the upstairs AC kept it nice and cool on the top floor with the heat wave. Debbie is so friendly and lovely and does whatever she can to make your stay perfect. 10/10 recommend!

Julie,s place is great for a short break. It does have a lot of personal items in, which wasn’t an issue for us. A couple of the beds were doubles but not really suitable if you are a larger size person. Check in and out was easy. Overall would recommend

We had a great stay at Xavier's place. The location was ideal. 25 min walk from the station, really close to the beach front, but also pubs & restaurants too. Xaviers communication was second to none. The kitchen was well stocked with every day essentials including milk, tea, coffee, oil, biscuits etc & the thoughtful bottle of prosecco was very much appreciated by me & my 3 friends ! Would certainly recommend. Thank you.

An amazing house with a fantastic location. It is so central, being walking distance to all the lovely shops, restaurants and cafes. The house was stunning, full of history and character with most gorgeous quiet garden at the back. Steve was very helpful and answered any queries quickly. The shower was amazing! Mike’s townhouse in Primrose Hill was a fantastic home away from home. There are plenty of lovely shops and nice restaurants within walking distance and Camden Market was fun area to explore. We had an amazing stay at this beautiful townhouse in Kensington. It’s conveniently located near Earl’s Court Tube station, Kensington High Street, and great restaurants and shops. The charming and quiet neighborhood made for a relaxing retreat after exploring London. The spacious, clean, and stylishly decorated townhouse had a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and multiple bathrooms. Vincenzo, our host, provided clear instructions and was responsive to our questions. The check-in process was smooth, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. This townhouse was the perfect base for our London adventure. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient place to stay in the city.

Kerim's and Luka's home is lovely and peaceful. Although in the middle of the city one has the feeling of being in a country house. On all three levels the view from the big windows is onto a quiet, romantic square which consists of beautiful, old trees. It's wonderful waking up to the sound of singing birds, then opening the shades and staring into the deep green of tree tops. Kerim is very particular about how you open and close the windows as well as the entrance door. Have no fear, it is quite simple and there is nothing unique about them. Kerim is particular because he loves his home and wants to make sure things are done the way he does them. So please take extra care. The kitchen is well equipt if you desire to prepare your own meals. Just a stone's throw away are restaurants, a pharmacy, bakeries, a supermarket, a wonderful flower shop with beautiful arrangements, which I could not resist :-) and other interesting little shops. Zanzibar is an amazing house. It has a great vibe about it and the location is just perfect 👌 The house has everything you need, including a very well stocked kitchen. We were a family of 16 and the space was ample. The town is within walking distance which gives you everything you need for a wonderful stay cation. Opposite the house under the promenade is a hatch that sells fabulous coffee! The host Max was on hand with every question and was there to greet us. Along with a delicious homemade Victoria sponge! Would highly recommend Max and Zanzibar. Thank you 😊

The summary: when can we move in?! Rob's place is divine, and looks even better than the photos. We absolutely loved the interiors, the comfort, and all the little touches (the hello board, the welcome basket, the typewritten message, the fan and lots of things to use, like coffee). We were also delighted by how kind and accommodating Rob was. He was very responsive, friendly and proactive in offering flexibility. The location is also brilliant, walkable to everything, and lots of greenery considering it is in the city. Lots of cafes and shops! The Canterbury Punting cafe which looks over the River is so close and a particular highlight (do a tour with them if you can too). Lots of birds out back during the day, and bats at dusk. The perfect place to rest, recuperate and head off for adventures (bus to Whitstable also good). I used to live in Canterbury while at Uni, but my partner didn't, so this stay gave me a new twist on things and him a lovely intro. Thanks Rob, must stay again!

Very well kept property, lovely amenities provided, comfortable beds and good showers. Location right by the train station made getting into London very easy.

The house is perfect for a weekend away with friends to catch up for a chilled weekend out of the city. There’s really nice local restaurants and wine bars in st Leonards within a 10 minute walk, and Hastings is a nice beachfront 45 min walk away. I’d recommend this house for anyone looking for a chilled weekend away with friends! One thing to note for anyone looking to hire this place (not a bad thing) - one of our party recently got engaged so we blew up some balloons for a champagne toast one night. We were a very chilled bunch and stayed out of the house most of the time, but the host did try and charge us £150 for the few deflated balloons we accidentally left in the downstairs bathroom. We did a thorough clean and stuck very closely to the rules of this property, but I would not recommend this house if you are wanting to have parties or spend lots of time in the house. I would only recommend if you are using the house as a place to chill together and explore the local area!

Thank you Sabreena for a wonderful stay. You were very communicative and helpful and it is a beautiful house. We particularly enjoyed having a morning brew in the garden. It was well stocked with things in the pantry (e.g. varieties of tea and a coffee machine), nice towels and bedding, and other useful things like shampoos and and an iron. A really brilliant AirBnB and we would have loved to stay longer.

Lovely short stay at Julian’s he had everything you would need for your time away. 2 lovely bathrooms an advantage, clean and tidy decor. Easy walk to shops cafes bars and restaurants. Couple of streets away from the main high street and a short walk from there to a pebble beach, sea food shacks and fisherman’s huts.

We stayed with some friends and we had a lovely time. The house was so spacious that we felt very comfortable. It’s so well located, very close to Camber sands beach and Rye.

Melanie was a fabulous host. She gave me ideas of some great places to visit. House was very very clean. I loved sitting in the garden every morning with my coffee. So very peaceful. Would highly recommend

Lovely, easy one night stay at Peter's place. It's so comfortable, with plenty of space for two, really cozy for a night in. Comfy bed, great shower, and every amenity you could need. Location is also ideal for access to some of my favourite parts of Brighton. Peter was also such a proactive and generous host, I really appreciated it.

Mairianne is an excellent host. Delightful townhouse on the main thoroughfare in Greenwich so very convenient but incredibly quiet. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you for letting us stay in your house.
