We are located near the village of Headley near Box Hill, so you can enjoy beautiful countryside walks, whilst staying in a luxury hut with modern facilities like high speed wifi! Dog friendly (extra fee). We have a wood fired couples hot tub and can supply grazing platters, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and special nights away!

‘Ambrose' is a bespoke, super sized 20’ Shepherds Hut styled with indulgent luxury in mind - situated in a beautiful, quiet meadow in an AONB, Tunbridge Wells. It has a private Scandinavian, fresh water filled, wood fired hot tub with a stylish, designer interior, gorgeous full sized bed, crisp white linen, luxury ensuite bathroom + rain shower. Our wiggly tin hut is for two people (and of course a dog). It nestles in its own secure space within a pretty cottage garden in the centre of a pretty kent village Sleeping is on a very comfy memory foam double bed. There is an ensuite shower room, basin and wc, a small kitchen with 2 ring gas hob, butlers sink, fridge and combination microwave/oven. Outside there is a bbq and garden furniture. Great pubs locally, one just 1/2 mile away. Another 20 minutes walk. The walks are amazing!

Extremely private hut set within 15 acres of wilderness to relax in the remotest part of Kent with direct access into the beautiful valley. Most guests visit us to shut the world out. This idyllic retreat is set at Pococksgate farm, It's all very peaceful here, and a relaxing place to just chill out all by yourselves with no one else around you.

Railway View is just metres away from the Kent and East Sussex railway line giving you the most amazing view of the steam trains rolling in and out of Tenterden Town steam railway station which is only 100 metres away. You also have a private hot tub to top off your stay. Our shepherds hut is only 200 metres from the most picturesque High Street in Kent , with cafes, bars and restaurants, a great base to travel out to all Kent and Sussex has to offer.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
