House holiday rentals in River Medway

This is the second time we have stayed at Corrina’s holiday home and once again we found it to be squeaky clean, very well equipped, peaceful and a great location. The garden is home to a family of foxes, who were so confident, that they sunbathed on the lawn whilst we were sitting on the veranda. Corrina made us aware of check in details in very good time and left a number just in case we needed assistance, which I’m happy to say we didn’t need. The surrounding area is so lush and green, this time of year, and there is always plenty of interesting things to do nearby. We will visit again next year, but hopefully for longer this time. Thank you.

We had a great long weekend stay here to celebrate a special birthday. The weather was good so the grandchildren made full use of the pool, huge garden and tennis court - as did some of the adults. House was very clean and well equipped. Very peaceful and secluded setting - everyone said they would love to come back again.

We enjoyed a 3 day mini break at the Calf Shed cottage with our 2 children and dog. The cottage itself was nice with open plan kitchen and comfy seating area, and a private garden area which was great for the kids and dog. A big bonus was the heated pool with stunning views. The weather was not great but the heated pool meant we could still use it, which is a short walk from the cottage. The kids also enjoyed the trampoline and table tennis. The main barn was not rented during our stay which meant we had sole use of the pool and play equipment. There was no welcome pack/booklet however the host Alison was quick to respond to questions (wifi password, bin locations, etc). Other comments is the double bed was actually 2 single beds which the kids commandeered and signs of wear and tear here and there. However overall a pleasant trip.

The barn was beautiful, we had such a lovely stay. The decor was stunning and there was lots of special touches that made our stay more comfortable. Michelle was very good at communicating with us and the main owner of the barn met us on out first day and gave us lots of useful information regarding the barn the sites and walks around the area. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

We had an extremely pleasant time during our stay. While booking I didn’t realize that there was no cooking range at the accomodation . We wanted some eggs for breakfast, Miles was extremely helpful. He made some mouth watering scrambled eggs for us. Thank you Miles for that.. really appreciate it . The surrounding place is extremely peaceful and scenic. What a fantastic place to stay! The house is lovely and furnished to a high standard. The views are incredible, and its been great to watch deer, foxes, rabbits and horses in the field behind the house. Andrew is the perfect host, so welcoming and going out of his way to make our stay the best it can be. Always available if we needed him, but totally respecting our privacy. We would highly recommend both Deepwell and Andrew. We have had an amazing 4 months while our house was being renovated and we're going to miss the Deepwell gang!

We stayed in this fantastic property for two months when our home was being renovated. Absolute bliss - lovely home and even a lovely host. Diana was very caring and hands on - made our stay very pleasurable. Diana was always available for us - via messaging. We had no problems whatsoever and there was lovely Mote park literally next door. Absolutely loved the property and our stay - and the welcoming warmth of Diana. Must stay and will go back again! Kids loved it as well. Thank you Diana - you made the stay so welcoming and great!

The perfect place for any event with family and friends to relax and enjoy the chilled atmosphere with easy access to all facilities in the area. The host of Cantwara was outstandingly welcoming throughout our stay so I would recommend to anyone planning a staycation in the near future and beyond.

So I always book the accommodation when me and our guys work away We have had some great places down here but when the told me( I was not here the first trip ) about Sat,s place I said okay Nothing but 5 star reviews Now as I book the accommodation I am taking their word! As I write this I am actually here and I can see why they love it Immaculate house Amazing out doors space Sat is an amazing host always keeps in touch Internally and externally this place is class!! Spent 6 pleasant days at Littleshaw Cottage. Although we went in June the evenings were chilly but the underfloor heating in the cottage kept us warm. All the things we needed, and more, for a comfortable stay were provided. We felt very secure in the cottage as it is in the private grounds of the main house behind a gated driveway. This was our first visit to Kent and there is so much to see. If we returned for another holiday we would like to stay here again.

Staying in the Chapel was a very tranquil experience for us. The facilities were spot on and great quality. We slept wonderfully in the extremely comfy beds - I’m going to try to source the same pillows and mattress for us !! Roland’s communications were first class and everything we needed to know was clearly explained in the online instructions/manual. It was a nice touch having the washing machine and dishwasher pre-loaded with detergent etc. We will definitely return when visiting family in the future

We stayed here for a week during our cycling trip in Kent and East Sussex. What a great choice! A perfect starting point for beautiful walks and cycling day trips. Also a very quiet and pretty environment to relax. A wonderful courtyard with stunning climbing rose bushes and verbena. Sheep, cattle, chickens and koy fish around, and of course the dogs. The cottage is spacious and has everything you need. It is one of the very few holiday homes we've been with a perfect shower, high quality kitchen equipment, good quality pots and pans in all sizes and numbers, really sharp knives etc. And if you still miss anything, just ask James. We were happy with the provided essential breakfast stuff on arrival. And flowers. James, a perfect host who made us feel very welcome.

Polly's house was everything we had hoped for. We were thrilled when we opened the door and saw the warm welcoming cottage. Polly had left some basic supplies and the accommodation was full of many homely touches We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Polly's cottage.

Our trip was perfect. The accommodation is spotless, well looked after and really modern. It has absolutely everything you need and all the small details have been thought of. It is in a beautiful and quiet location and the hot tub was lovely. Communication with the host was perfect - instructions were super clear and included helpful videos. We were even offered late check out which was so appreciated. Would absolutely recommend and we’d love to come back.

Perfect base for work, exploring Tonbridge and easy access by rail to London. Clean, warm, cost with lovely main barroom and bath. Easy check in with clear, fast communication. Recommend a stay here.

Lovely gardens and grounds. Accommodation just what we needed for the weekend attending my nephews wedding. Wish we had noted that one of the bedrooms on the very top floor (accessed by very steep stairs with no handrail) led off the other. There is a VERY small shower room on this level too. Just as well I was travelling with my son and daughter in law! My sister and her husband confined themselves to the lower floor, accessed by a slightly less steep set of stairs, but with a handrail. Both shower rooms and living room are on this floor. Very large, comfortable living room, lots of room for everyone to enjoy time together. The kitchen and dining room on the ground floor were very well equipped, we found everything we needed, but felt that, should the need arise, help was at hand.

We were very surprised by the size of the annex as it was much larger than we anticipated. The annex was very well appointed, extremely clean and comfortable. Chris and Linda had equipped the place to a very high standard. It felt very homely. The property is conveniently situated just off M20 in a quiet residential area. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Stunning apartment with fantastic views. The apartment has a cosy vibe with a lovely fireplace. A fantastic host, she was quick with responding and made sure we were comfortable and fulfilled our request, all in all 100% recommend booking this gorgeous, cosy place for your countryside getaway, you will not regret it
