Monthly Rentals in Ripon Canal

Chantry Cottage is a lovely, homely property. Beautifully clean with lovely finishing touches such as bread, butter and milk ready in the fridge for when we arrived. The communication was amazing, we had one slight issue with a log burner, which Shanie and Tom fixed right away. The garden was beautiful, although our extremely lively cocker spaniel can scale the back wall, so be careful if your dog is an escape artist! If not, then the garden is perfectly secure for your pup. Such welcoming hosts and an amazing property. Perfectly positioned for a country retreat whilst being just a 5 min drive into the centre of Ripon. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We have just come back from a wonderful stay at the Biblins hosted by Linda and Dave. Beautiful location and accommodation and they were wonderful hosts with nothing being too much trouble. We arrived early and the room was already available which enabled us to make so much more of our first day. There are some beautiful local walks with one that took us along the river and canal in to Ripon which was about 4 miles away. Both Harrogate and Ripon are only a short drive away so there is plenty to see locally. They booked us a table at the local pub for the first night for us and our dog and it was a lovely atmosphere with good pub food at a very reasonable price. The village is incredibly peaceful and was perfect for the quiet weekend that we were looking for. Overall a lovely stay with even lovelier hosts and we would certainly recommend and return.

We enjoyed our stay in Sophie’s place. The accommodation was spacious and very comfortable. It was also well situated for exploring the delightful city of Ripon and the surrounding area.

A lovely place to stay - very clean, comfortable and quiet. The apartment is very on trend and well equipped with everything you could need. Only a few minutes walk into town but very peaceful with a nice little patio area to sit outside. Ripon is a lovely town with a beautiful cathedral. One little problem with the TV (due to our technical incompetence!) was quickly resolved by Liz's son). No hesitation in recommending
