Spacious, clean and in a great location to visit the city. Very helpful and attentive host, he gave us a lot of useful information for our stay.

Nice solution in the center, very convenient to the main square to park the car, also in just 5 minutes on foot you can reach a super efficient and cheap multi-story parking lot, a nice environment, very good bathroom and kitchen solution, the bed solution is a little spartan (since it is a studio you have to be satisfied with a sofa bed) but overall it is more than valid as a general solution for a few days of stay in the area. Definitely recommended.

Impeccable house, tidy, clean and with a good smell. Very clean bathroom, comfortable shower, excellent hairdryer. Bedroom of the right size, super fragrant sheets. Fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa and Wi-Fi. It's a very cool house, in summer there can be nothing better. Secure parking, well-maintained area. Host always available

Mr. Giuseppe was super kind from the first moment moving my car from a very stressful street where I didn't need to be. He welcomed us into his apartment immediately making us feel at home explaining everything and making us find, in addition to two pleasant surprises, fresh water that after 6 hours of travel was the first thing we wanted. For any questions or concerns, you have always responded when necessary to provide support. The house fully reflects when present in the listing and if you do not want to take the car you can find everything under the house and for the beach, or a nice walk or bus two minutes from the accommodation.
