Monthly Rentals in Río España

We had a wonderful stay at Pilar’s charming little house on the hill. The view is absolutely stunning, and the house is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed cooking at home and having dinner on the terrace while watching the sunset — a truly peaceful experience. We traveled with three adults and two toddlers, and Pilar kindly arranged two travel cots for our twins. They fit perfectly next to the bed in the master bedroom, which made things so easy for us. From the house, you can see Playa de la Ñora, and it's just a few minutes’ drive downhill. You can also walk to the beach if you prefer a bit of a stroll. Pilar is a very kind and thoughtful host, and communication was smooth and pleasant. When we are in Asturias again, we would love to stay here once more.

We had great time at this apartment. Clean, cosy and well located. We enjoyed the big park nearby. And the beach is a walk distance. It was easy to park our car at the stadium parking anytime. And we loved to discover all the beauties of Asturias region. The apparent is well equipped, we were able to cook our favourite dishes and feel like home. We had a pleasant stay at Victor's apartment! The location is great - just a short walk to a shopping mall with a big grocery store and a few popular clothing brands, and only 3 minutes from the old center, which is great for exploring the area. The apartment itself looks new, clean, and modern, which made it very comfortable. One thing to note is that there isn’t much daylight in the apartment, so it might feel a bit dim during the day. However, it’s not a major issue if you plan to be out exploring most of the time. Also, the living room is equipped with a pellet heating stove for warmth. You’ll need to manually start and stop it to adjust the temperature, but we didn’t find this to be a big inconvenience. Overall, we’d recommend this place for its great location and fresh, cozy feel!
