Erice is particularly nice in the evenings when the tourist crowd is gone. And to spend the night at Elena‘s flat is the place to be. I really enjoyed my time. Elena is also super nice, very helpful and excellent communication. Can only recommend it.

We were sad to leave Antonella's home. It is in a beautiful location right by the sea. Antonella was a wonderful and always available host. Trapani, Erice and San Vito Lo Capo are all a 30 min car journey away. The Villa is a perfect location as a base to explore the western side of Sicily or you can just relax, enjoy the villa and the gentle sound of the waves and practice on the piano :) Thankyou Antonella.

Giovanni’s place is beautiful haven in the busy hamlet of Erice. Ideal for 2 couples, it has comfortable bedrooms and separate bathrooms, with 1 shower room. The outstanding feature is the delightful kitchen/dining/living area that includes a combustion fire. We spent much time enjoying the relaxing environment there. The location is excellent with the restaurants and cafes as well as the historical features of the town at your door step. Giovanni was always available to assist. Our group felt the cold somewhat and Giovanni was at our door regularly to keep the two heaters topped up with heating pellets. He shared the history of the building which has been in his family for generations and was keen to share local knowledge on restaurants etc. We highly recommend Real Duomo for a relaxing and unique stay in beautiful Erice.

We had an exceptional stay in this accommodation, perfectly in line with the listing. Located in the countryside, it offers absolute tranquility while being ideally placed to explore the northwest of the island. The hosts are of a rare kindness: warm welcome, small delicate touches, fresh fruits and even a well-stocked fridge on our arrival. The accommodation is typical, comfortable and very clean. Note the presence of some farm animals, such as dogs that can bark, but this adds to the rural charm of the place.
