The Snug was ideal for me with a kitchen , shower room and (sofa) bed (comfy for me at six foot). Handy for York by car, and lovely walks around the village to wind down and get the steps in after work. Very quiet and chilled space.

A lovely space in a peaceful village. Very comfortable bed, beautifully decorated room, all the amenities we needed, and great communication. The milk and muffins were a lovely addition! Thank you for such a relaxing stay

Cozy quiet place would definitely go back

A group of us stayed to celebrate our 40th birthdays. We just wanted somewhere that could offer us some peace and quiet for a few days away from our hectic daily lives and this was perfect. Set in a very tranquil spot, Lilypad lodge had everything we were looking for and we all throughly enjoyed our stay. A real home away from home, spotlessly clean and all the necessary amenities needed. We would definitely love to return.
