This accommodation was simply perfect, exactly as described and as presented, truly capturing the warmth and charm of an authentic Italian home. As an Italian myself, it instantly made me feel at home, with every detail radiating comfort and care. The house was spotless and incredibly refreshing, undoubtedly the cleanest and most well-maintained place I’ve stayed in. You can immediately tell how much love Donatella puts into it. It feels so special, you don’t even want to leave a single mark. The neighbourhood was lovely, peaceful, and wonderfully local. We didn’t need to use our car once, everything was within walking distance, including a safe and convenient open parking area just beside the house. I already know I’ll be returning to this beautiful home every year, and I truly hope Donatella will welcome us back again. Thank you for such a memorable and heartwarming stay!

We visited family in san giovani vdo and wanted to stay nearby. Niccolo’s place was perfect. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us. We loved the outside patio. Beds all comfy-we slept very well. Bottle of wine to greet us was greatly appreciated. Shower good. Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
