the condominium and super quiet, all tidy, the house super cozy, has privacy, the street is super quiet, the neighborhood has everything we need but it is 30 minutes away, the beach and beautiful we spend hours sitting there at night and super safe but the sea can not enter is very agitated. A Gisele a love of very attentive staff, always at the disposal, everything we need she helped, walks, food even mechanics. super recommend and come back here every time.

Amanda and Dhino are very attentive and flexible with check-in and check-out, the beautiful house is better than photos, the perfect pool to spend the afternoon and the patio is very cool and pleasant. The location is a little removed from downtown, but for the tranquility of the stay, it's perfect 👌 10 minutes walking to the beach and 15 minutes to the supermarkets. Good Uber connectivity and public transportation within 5 minutes. When I return to Buzios I stay there again.

Our stay was exactly as described on the listing. Host Geovan was very attentive, always responding quickly and helping us with everything we need. The house was clean and organized when we arrived, which made us quite comfortable. The location is great, close to the main beaches, bars and restaurants of the region, making our tours very easy. The neighborhood is quiet and we feel safe throughout the stay. The Wi-Fi worked well, but the signal was weak; the cell signal was also bad. The cost-benefit of hosting was great. As a suggestion for improvement, I would only recommend changing the mattress to provide even more comfort to guests and a smart TV.

The space matches the photos and Kátia was always very requested, quickly answering any questioning. Well located environment, quiet and safe to leave a car on the street. There are many restaurants nearby as well as a mall next door.

Excellent location, great for those who travel without a car or prefer to do everything on foot. Very close to the beach and amenities. Andreia is very helpful and kind and gave all the instructions and was always available to answer any questions. I recommend it and intend to return.

I would like to thank Dinho and Rosaria for the excellent stay we had at their house, we felt at home, the residence is exactly as it was described, in fact it is more beautiful. It has a lot of greenery, the canal at the bottom of the house gives a special charm. to those who are spacious are very pleasant the super-equipped kitchen. Host Rosaria helped us through many things, gave us valuable tips and indications. Anyway I hope to be able to return soon!!!

Absolutely best house in the area. Sits up on a hill with an infinity pool that overlooks Greg ocean and amazing sunsets. Expansive house that had more space than we needed. We hired a buggy to get us around but there is a lot that is very walkable directly from the house including several beaches, shops and restaurants. We had a fabulous time staying here, always felt safe and relaxed… loved Buzios. Great memories formed forever for our teenagers. One of them even said it was the best vacation ever. The care of the person attending the house was impeccable, attentive, helpful and very competent. The house is bright and 100% functional. and is at the foot of the beach. Everything is perfect and I am not exaggerating. Brazil is beautiful and much of that is for its people. Ferradura beach is always protected from the winds of the four quadrants, that is, you can swim without problems in your playa.

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

e had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb! It was a girls trip with seven of us, and the house was absolutely perfect—spacious, comfortable, and with the most stunning views. From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless. Amanda helped coordinate everything ahead of time, and Josi was with us daily from 8–4 (or whenever we needed her). She went above and beyond—cooking us delicious breakfasts every morning, keeping the place spotless, and even whipping up the best drinks. She truly took care of us like family. The location was perfect too—close to local markets, the beach, and nightlife. We felt like we had the best of everything right at our fingertips. This was honestly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve ever had, and all the girls agree. Highly recommend this spot for a friends trip or family getaway. We couldn’t have asked for more!🩷🩷

The house is wonderful, the place super quiet and at peace. Many mosquitoes, but it is normal because it is a house farther from the city. The kitchen is wonderful, the indoor and outdoor space too. Air conditioning in all rooms. House equipped with Alexa.

Before we arrived, André was already guiding us and giving us various information and tips about the house, the beaches and the city. The host's attention, promptness, proactivity and affection with the guests were differentiating points in our stay. The weekend was excellent. There were 12 of us (from children to the elderly) plus a pet and André's house served us perfectly. Full kitchen, bedrooms with linens and pillows, clean bathrooms with toilet paper and soaps, all very clean and organized. Very practical and complete gourmet area. The outdoor area has several fruit trees, too bad the fruits were still green lol. The house offers card games, frescobol, badminton, dominoes and billiards. The pool is great and is always cleaned by Mr. Luiz. The location is very good, 5 minutes from Itaúna beach, a few meters from the lagoon, bakery and restaurants. My family was delighted.

The pictures already show how beautiful she is, but in person is even better — spacious, airy, with a wonderful view of the beach and full of charm in every detail. The condominium is very safe and quiet, which has given us even more comfort and peace of mind throughout the stay.
