The house is wonderful, well decorated and comfortable. It has a great structure to host larger groups, with enough utensils and very nice furniture. In addition, communication with Thaís flowed very well, always being kind and flexible. The receptivity and the affection made all the difference, we had an excellent experience:) We look forward to returning soon!

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

The accommodation is amazing, with an excellent location, just a few minutes from the center, and with easy access to the Azeda, Azedinha and João Fernandes beaches. The sunset seen from the accommodation is simply spectacular. We highly recommend it! It's really worth it. The host was super receptive and attentive, as well as all the staff, who were very polite and helpful!

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

I'll start by saying that the photos are misleading. Live, the house is 10x better. I regretted not having stayed longer. Clean, organized house, all necessary utensils available. The house is very well managed by Eliane. I'll be back for sure. Maria is to be congratulated on the house.

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. This meant a lot of tranquility. With the condominium full, I believe we would have less privacy. We had a great time at the house! Marcos and the rest of the staff were great! The house itself is amazing with many ample bedrooms. The terrace overlooks the sea and you get unbeatable sunsets. The area is ok - there a few restaurants and markets walking distance (there a lot more just a few minutes drive/Uber away). The beach right down the house is not great though - you will likely go to others. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back!

Our stay was wonderful, the house is exactly as advertised. Amanda is an excellent host, friendly and very helpful. The house has all the necessary utensils to make coffee and meals. The cleaning was spotless. Great quality towels and sheets were provided. The place offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. The location, in my opinion, is perfect, a few minutes from Arraial, and very close to the Monte Alto lagoon, at the end of the street there is a beautiful beach. We will definitely stay at this beautiful house again.

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). Beautiful house, all clean and with an incredible look. The fact that it has 05 suites is great, as it brings comfort and privacy to guests, in addition to being well equipped and having breathtaking views. The outdoor area is just like the photos with a pool-beach, functional furniture and a barbecue with all the skewers and grills. Apart from the infrastructure, Bruno was a great host, always proactive and available in case of questions. The employee Lindaci is a sweetheart. I hope to come back more often.

Everything is spectacular, the house is beautiful, super quiet, we loved being surrounded by nature. The location is exactly as per the photos. The location is only accessible by car (unless you are willing to take a long hike in rs hills), as the place is inside a condominium on the hills (the same where the beaches of Pontal do Atalaia, that famous of the staircase are located), we find the place safe, surrounded by woods, lots of nature and beautiful landscapes. We went on a Monday, then it was empty, we had a very private experience, and it was great. The next day, other guests began arriving in the neighboring lofts, which no longer made us comfortable, due to the whirlpool being external. Other than that, everything perfect. Portland to Filipe that works with Ereni, wonderful him, super proactive and dedicated to making hosting a great experience! Voltaria, for sure!

The house is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting, the backyard has a great space for pets and children! The space is very organized, clean and has everything you need and the neighborhood is very quiet. We have enjoyed a lot of dry beach and we will definitely return! 💖

My experience at Casa Athens was excellent! The house is exactly like in the pictures — spacious, well-equipped, clean and very cozy. A highlight aside is the wonderful view of the balcony, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. In addition, the Host was very considerate, helpful, and always available to help with any questions. I highly recommend the stay and undoubtedly I will return on an upcoming visit to Arraial do Cabo!

Nice apartment, it is in the heart of Búzios, you have to climb approx 5 floors (92 steps) to get to the depto, it is worth it because the view is beautiful, has access from above equally and you have to climb a small slope and go down two stairs, important information for visitors who have difficulty getting around. The apartment has everything you need to relax quietly and comfortably. The hostess was very friendly and attentive to us, totally recommended! ⭐
