The house is wonderful, well decorated and comfortable. It has a great structure to host larger groups, with enough utensils and very nice furniture. In addition, communication with Thaís flowed very well, always being kind and flexible. The receptivity and the affection made all the difference, we had an excellent experience:) We look forward to returning soon!

It is a comfortable apartment, with a new kitchen and bathrooms, very complete in kitchen and appliances. It's just as it is in the photos. It is located in a villa-like complex with other properties, atmosphere is cozy in the evenings, it was very quiet and quiet to rest. Giselli takes care of all the details and is an excellent host. The apartment is very hot although it has air conditioners in both bedrooms. Thank you Giselli.

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the bottom room has access via stairs. The electric shower of the lower bedroom was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). A Rute that served us is a special and talented person, it was a pleasure to live with her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the space is worth it but do not wait for super luxury, but rather a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

Our stay was simply wonderful! Since the beginning of the reservation, we have been very well served by host Cláudia, always attentive, helpful and ready to answer all questions. Upon arriving at the house, we were greeted with great affection and attention by Mr. Antônio and Dona Cira, who showed a genuine and welcoming hospitality. They made me and my family truly feel at home. The house is extremely functional and very well-equipped, which directly contributed to our comfort and practicality throughout the stay. The rooms are well distributed and spacious airy, ideal for welcoming the whole family with peace of mind. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, which made it much easier to prepare meals. The rooms are comfortable, with cozy beds and clean, smelling bedding. The toilets were also impeccable, with good water pressure and excellent showers. Undoubtedly, it was an unforgettable stay

The house is a spectacle. Inside the beach literally. Wonderful place. We rent as a birthday present for my daughter. She loved it. The host was very communicative, the homemade Toquinho was also very kind and helpful. We love everything. We hope to return soon.

The accommodation is just as described or better. The hostess greeted us when we arrived and immediately responded to all messages. The place is a very nice, very well organized and safe gated condominium. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best thing is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

We had a great time at Diego's place. Niede's warm welcome and explanations made it easy for us to make our mark quickly. The place was very clean, functional, well maintained, and true to descriptions. At the time of our visit, the neighborhood was very quiet. I will recommend and return to Diego's house with pleasure.

The house is super equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-kept condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was great! The house was very clean, very comfortable environment for our group (16 people) Very attentive homemade. We received the nomination to hire Vitória for us to assist in the kitchen, and the food was excellent! The only point that might bother you a little bit is the smell, at times of the day that comes from the lagoon. We'll be back for sure!!!

An incredible experience, very quiet and organized condominium, very well located near several places 10/20min by car. The hostess of the house was very kind and attentive. I had a small accident and broke something, and she was super attentive to me. Fully equipped house with everything made me feel at home and I will definitely return more often.

The location is exactly as per the photos. The location is only accessible by car (unless you are willing to take a long hike in rs hills), as the place is inside a condominium on the hills (the same where the beaches of Pontal do Atalaia, that famous of the staircase are located), we find the place safe, surrounded by woods, lots of nature and beautiful landscapes. We went on a Monday, then it was empty, we had a very private experience, and it was great. The next day, other guests began arriving in the neighboring lofts, which no longer made us comfortable, due to the whirlpool being external. Other than that, everything perfect. Portland to Filipe that works with Ereni, wonderful him, super proactive and dedicated to making hosting a great experience! Voltaria, for sure!

The house is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting, the backyard has a great space for pets and children! The space is very organized, clean and has everything you need and the neighborhood is very quiet. We have enjoyed a lot of dry beach and we will definitely return! 💖

The house is beautiful! It has an incredible view and a great space. It is in an extremely quiet and family-friendly condominium. We love it. For small children it is a little unsafe, but they were great days!

Our holiday was excellent, the house is wonderful. We were in a group of family and friends (07 adults and 4 children), and we were delighted with the house. It is in a condominium near Dunas de Peró beach, super, quiet and quiet, the children played on the street quietly. The villa is all equipped with kitchen items, bedding, bath, airy, clean, organized, large and tasteful. There's TV, Netflix, barbecue front pool. The rooms have air conditioning and great showers. One suite is on the ground floor and another on the second floor. E has two bedrooms that share one bathroom. In the garage there are 4 cars but on the street you can park without problems. Silvio and Priscila are super helpful, they respond quickly and made several nominations and removed all our doubts. We were appointed a wonderful person to cook and keep the house clean (Thalita), a hyper well kitchen, as well as being friendly and discreet. It was a sensational Easter, super recommend and I hope to return.

Excellent stay in Arraial! Excellent views and comfort. The apartment looked just like the photos and was in impeccable condition. Extra point the best beach in Arraial (Pontal do Atalaya) just 5'by car from the apartment.

Our stay was wonderful. The container is super well equipped and with simple chic decor. Very charming and welcoming. Bruno was attentive at all times that was requested. We left there with the desire to come back !
