Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Região dos Lagos

Boa noite we were 8 people and two children , daughter's birthday, very cozy house,all good only to taste.Let give a hint ,when you go to spend a moment with the family at Casae and ideal and we really like Leny who prepared us a breakfast note 10 and a wonderful lunch. Excellent accommodation, close to the main points of the city. The house has a huge barbecue and pool area, large and clean rooms along with the whole house, we will definitely come back again. Apart from the quick communication, whenever it was necessary, I felt at home and with my friends.

Great lodging! The house is amazing, we live sensational days. The utensils are excellent and the structure is complete! Communication with the company is great, they answered everything quickly and were extremely attentive during the stay. We'll be back soon!

A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above the beach of Geriba, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but they are very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is highly recommended, and it is clear that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with some things for airbnb. There's everything.

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was even better than the photos, very comfortable and had a stunning view! We encountered an issue with the water heater, but this was handled quickly. Silvana, who lives on the property, was absolutely amazing. She helped give us recommendations, and set up breakfast each day. Our stay was extra special due to her attention to detail and her patience with my terrible portuguese. We appreciated her very much! We highly recommend!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Most amazing AirBnb I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying!! Incredible views from the terrace and inside, home is spectacular with comfortable furnishings. Kitchen equipped with everything you might need. Bryce and Adriana were very kind, quick to respond and easy to communicate with. The house manager Fabio was extremely helpful! Location is central and walkable to many beaches and great restaurants. Highly recommend this home for your stay, hope to visit again☺️☺️

The house is spectacular and the view is breathtaking! All the rooms in the house are super well equipped, communication with Hugo is excellent, always being very helpful and attentive. And without words to describe the kindness of Mr. Evandro, the homemaker, he is a fine and always lively people. My guests felt very welcome. My birthday party was perfect, thank you Hugo and Mr. Evandro for providing this experience!

The house is fantastic, the condominium is very quiet and safe. The location of the house allows easy access to Búzios and the beaches of the region that are great for rest and leisure. The house is impeccable with very good decorative taste and very comfortable facilities. Anyway, we love our stay at Pili's house without counting on its warmth and easy communication. We will definitely return.

Located a 3 minute walk from one of the best beaches in Búzios (João Fernandes), a spacious house that already has several utensils and amenities (ping pong, chessboard, barbecue, etc), pleasant condominium with swimming pool. By car, it is reasonably near Rua das Pedras (about 10 minutes). Highlight for the 3 parking spaces available in the condominium. We had great family days in this accommodation! Great option for those who are in large groups and want pleasant days, with few concerns and options for activities even in the event of rain.

The house was perfect with an amazing view! We had a beautiful vacation and could have spend more than the 9 days we were there. The town is only 10 minutes away and has everything. We will definitely come back.

Our stay was amazing! I went to celebrate our 9 years of marriage and we could not have chosen a better place. The space is cozy, well equipped and with an impeccable structure. The outdoor ofurô, with a view of the stars, is a separate spectacle – a real getaway to relax. The location is great, surrounded by nature and with a nearby river for bathing. The only point to consider is that the last 1 km of the road is not asphalted, but that didn't get in the way. We love every moment and we will definitely be back!

Unique experience. Cleanliness is excellent, the sheets, towels, bathrobes, the entire infrastructure is of high quality. We decided at the last minute not to prepare the kitchen and Cristina helped us with a partnership that delivered the food to the place. The food was of good quality and well prepared. The place is extremely cozy, very well decorated, ventilated, and well lit with many windows, which I like very much. Black out in all windows. And everything is personalized with the lemongrass theme, which is my favorite tea, by the way. My only suggestion is an Alexa or Google home already with a suggestive playlist and a recorded welcome. The TV and internet work perfectly, the stove, everything perfect. The dishes are porcelain, there is a floor fire and a gazebo high up with a breathtaking view to enjoy the sunrise and sunset with a lemongrass tea. We will certainly return.

Accommodation with a clean and fresh smell. Everything as advertised, impeccable visual. We went in June, but I think the experience in the summer must be different, with a super nice river on the side, refreshing water. Short dirt road route, I recommend going during the day or avoiding rain (depending on the car), without influencing the great experience. Thankyards

One of the best experiences we've ever had! We chose the cabin to celebrate our wedding anniversary and it was perfect! DECORATION: We were greeted with rose petals, chocolates, wine and a handwritten note. All beautiful and high quality! KITCHEN: We brought our food, but the cabin already had basic items (salt, oil, sugar, spices, coffee, etc.) and new and complete utensils. BEDROOM/BATHROOM: The room had a duvet, blanket and a massage bed. The bathroom was complete, with towels, hair dryer, toiletries and a whirlpool bathtub for 2 people. ROOM: The room had a fireplace, TV with movies and series. The outdoor area is beautiful, with a view of nature, a pool with a whirlpool and a beautiful breakfast table. LOCATION: It is 5 minutes from the center of Lumiar. The cabin is on a private property with a gate at the entrance. A relative of the hosts lives next door. I thought the experience was wonderful and Ariana was very attentive and helpful to us. We will definitely be back again!
