The accommodation is just as described or better. The hostess greeted us when we arrived and immediately responded to all messages. The place is a very nice, very well organized and safe gated condominium. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best thing is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

Our experience was incredible! My family and I love the stay. The house is very well taken care of, it was impeccably clean and organized. We were very welcome and felt at home from the very first moment. We recommend with eyes closed!

Absolutely loved Marcelo’s place. We are a young family of 4 (with a 1 and 3 year old) and it suited us perfectly. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of Buzios and really easy to Uber everywhere. The house itself is beautiful, really homely with an amazing kitchen set up. Great if you plan to stay in some nights, which we did with small kids. Marcelo made it really special though. He was a fantastic host, gave us tonnes of really helpful recommendations and always responded immediately. He even sent us a focaccia on our first morning which was delicious. Would definitely stay again if in Buzios!

The description is accurate, the location is good and quiet, the house is comfortable. I would only add an air conditioner to the 2nd bedroom. There are facilities nearby to buy basic things, the beaches are 15-20 minutes away by car. There were 3 adults and two children and we were comfortable. Thales was attentive and always answered. We would definitely go back to this stay.

Larissa promptly responded to everything I needed and resolved any issues that arose. We all love the beach, which is very close. I recommend it and when I return, I will return without fear. The stay at Arthur's house was simply FORMIDABLE. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We've already stayed in other homes, but the big difference here is Arthur and all the care and affection as a host. Just to understand, cake, jujube to receive and FLOWERS on Mother's Day Sunday.. Fernando and Patrícia were extremely proactive and willing to help from the first contact. Communication, sending information and tips, were impeccable. The house is so beautiful! We fell in love at first sight. Everything is extremely clean, tidy and cozy. Because it was cold, we didn't enjoy the pool as much (only on the last day that the sun came out). But because of the cold, the bathtub area became more charming and enjoyable. Easy access by car. The convenience is great! The kitchen is super well-equipped. The bed, the blanket and the showers ... no words! Perfect ! We hope to come back more often 🥰

The house is super equipped, with everything working, quality bed and bath linens, and extremely clean. It is in a beautiful, quiet and well-kept condominium, with impeccable gardens. The pool area is wonderful, with crystal clear water and a large outdoor space with a barbecue. The location is excellent: one corner from a quiet beach and less than 10 minutes' drive from Rua das Pedras. Easy access, quiet road and with restaurants and markets nearby that you can walk to. It was a perfect stay, I will definitely return with my friends. I highly recommend it!

I had a small accident and broke something, and she was super attentive to me. Fully equipped house with everything made me feel at home and I will definitely return more often.

Excellent stay in Arraial! Excellent views and comfort. The apartment looked just like the photos and was in impeccable condition. Extra point the best beach in Arraial (Pontal do Atalaya) just 5'by car from the apartment.

Very beautiful, spacious house, exactly as described on the site. The Pool is the highlight of the house, spectacular. Equipped kitchen, barbecue and wood oven, large and well airy rooms, house close to shops and the beach, although the beach is quite agitated for bathing. The Tbm House has a lagoon with a beautiful view. Christian is a very kind host and always willing to help. We loved our stay, it was super worth it. We'll be back again!

Amazing stay! The house exceeded all our expectations! Besides being beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean, what we loved most was the outdoor space: spacious, well-kept and full of options for all ages. My children had a lot of fun and so did we, the place is super quiet, great for relaxing and enjoying every moment. This external part was all thought out with great affection, which made all the difference in our experience. We thank the host for the reception and care in every detail. One of the best houses I've ever stayed in! It has everything you need to stay, plus the view of the Macaé River and mountains is amazing! Also, contact with Arthur is very good, he is super agile and considerate. Super recommend!

The house is new, very beautiful and exactly as described in the photos, 3 suites and a bedroom without a bathroom, plus a bedroom with a sofa bed and bathroom on the ground floor, organized and clean. Very large and super complete kitchen and room to receive a lot of people. The gourmet area has barbecue and cooktop already with gas, very nice place. The pool is small but it answered what we needed. One point of improvement would be to change the curtains or include a light cut, because in the morning there was a lot of clarity. Great safe condominium house and helpful host, super recommend!

Our stay was great! The house was very clean, very comfortable environment for our group (16 people) Very attentive homemade. We received the nomination to hire Vitória for us to assist in the kitchen, and the food was excellent! The only point that might bother you a little bit is the smell, at times of the day that comes from the lagoon. We'll be back for sure!!!

The house is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting, the backyard has a great space for pets and children! The space is very organized, clean and has everything you need and the neighborhood is very quiet. We have enjoyed a lot of dry beach and we will definitely return! 💖

Our holiday was excellent, the house is wonderful. We were in a group of family and friends (07 adults and 4 children), and we were delighted with the house. It is in a condominium near Dunas de Peró beach, super, quiet and quiet, the children played on the street quietly. The villa is all equipped with kitchen items, bedding, bath, airy, clean, organized, large and tasteful. There's TV, Netflix, barbecue front pool. The rooms have air conditioning and great showers. One suite is on the ground floor and another on the second floor. E has two bedrooms that share one bathroom. In the garage there are 4 cars but on the street you can park without problems. Silvio and Priscila are super helpful, they respond quickly and made several nominations and removed all our doubts. We were appointed a wonderful person to cook and keep the house clean (Thalita), a hyper well kitchen, as well as being friendly and discreet. It was a sensational Easter, super recommend and I hope to return.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb I loved the pool area and all of the great places to sit and socialize and make memories! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were all well located and had a nice private feel. I highly recommend this beautiful properly it was unforgettable!

The house is charming! The ideal place to relax: quiet place, very clean, well decorated and structured house. Near the house there is a market with bakery (you can walk). The communication with Gustavo was very fluid and when we stayed, a gold team helped us with small details: Romário, Vânia and his mother (who is an excellent cook). We only have to thank and we hope to return next year!
