Amanda and Dhino are very attentive and flexible with check-in and check-out, the beautiful house is better than photos, the perfect pool to spend the afternoon and the patio is very cool and pleasant. The location is a little removed from downtown, but for the tranquility of the stay, it's perfect 👌 10 minutes walking to the beach and 15 minutes to the supermarkets. Good Uber connectivity and public transportation within 5 minutes. When I return to Buzios I stay there again.

Before we arrived, André was already guiding us and giving us various information and tips about the house, the beaches and the city. The host's attention, promptness, proactivity and affection with the guests were differentiating points in our stay. The weekend was excellent. There were 12 of us (from children to the elderly) plus a pet and André's house served us perfectly. Full kitchen, bedrooms with linens and pillows, clean bathrooms with toilet paper and soaps, all very clean and organized. Very practical and complete gourmet area. The outdoor area has several fruit trees, too bad the fruits were still green lol. The house offers card games, frescobol, badminton, dominoes and billiards. The pool is great and is always cleaned by Mr. Luiz. The location is very good, 5 minutes from Itaúna beach, a few meters from the lagoon, bakery and restaurants. My family was delighted.

The Estate was wonderful. Very attentive Sarah. Nice place, full of life, peace, I've never seen the same. Clean pool, heated water. The local staff always attentive and polite. I will be back for sure!

Paulo is always a great host and access to the house is very easy and safe. Despite everything being excellent, the surroundings and neighbors, even if they don't mean to, can see into the apartments and make a lot of noise. I recommend it without hesitation. The accommodation is very beautiful, quiet and well located. In addition, Mrs. Zilda is very attentive and makes you feel at home. It should be noted that the accommodation was impeccable with many feminine touches, which makes the stay even more pleasant. We are a large family with some members living in the US, some in Canada, some in Niteroi and some in São Paulo. As a group our ages range from 4 to 74. This was by far the best family vacation we have ever had. Everything exceeded expectations, from the house itself to the ease of dealing with very friendly and generous hosts. The very short walk to the beach means that several of us went for a stroll or a quick dip in the ocean several times a day. The beach scenery, which can be uniquely appreciated from the third floor of the house is spectacular. The house is large, clean, fully air conditioned and extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is excellent. I have no hesitation in giving this experience the highest recommendation -- we will definitely come back!

Good place for the price. Internet mostly reliably. Maybe not ideal for long stays if you like to cook. Very peaceful. Shower is hot. Bed has a thin mattress. There are quite a bit of insects and little lizards so if that isn’t your thing this might not be for you. Regis was an excellent host. Going out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and even helping me with some personal matters. He truly cares about your stay. Neighborhood is peaceful. Very close to restaurants and a supermarket. No problem getting Ubers at any time. Overall I enjoyed my stay but probably better for short stays

Rui e Cidinha are wonderful! The house is extremely cozy, clean and full of green. The hill is complicated but nothing that at the end of the day, does not become a funny adventure to tell. Even, we were able to catch local ubers who climbed with ease. I just have to thank you for the wonderful weekend we had and the fair price we paid. Valeu, Rui!

The house is beautiful, and Angra is an amazing place! It is very comfortable to go in a group, as it allows you to be in a group, but, in turn, have some privacy. The property has 2 2 houses with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each. A house with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a nice quincho. The last house has a upstairs bedroom and bathroom, and a living room, kitchen, toilette and gallery downstairs. Those 4 houses are complemented by a building that has a wide gallery and the main kitchen. Every room has a spectacular view! The only thing to note is that to access all the houses there are stone stairs, some quite long. Not recommended for people with limited mobility. The house is from an architect who spends a lot of time there. This is noticeable in every detail of the decor, furnishings, lighting, and design. The house does not have a pool or electric generator, which in Angra can be useful. Jhonny, Carla and Claudia are very kind and helpful.

Casa very comfortable, very close to the beach and the differential is on account of Cristiane and Elson who gave all the assistance and made our days more special.

The divine house, super comfortable, an incredible view, the location 100 points, we were walking every day in Rua das pedras, Cida un amor, it was super pending, in short, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

just Idyllic! We were a family of 6 and stayed for a few days over easter. There are different and lovely areas laid out with tables or loungers to enjoy different views. We paid extra for a cook Val which I highly recommend. To make lunches and leave dinner prepared. She makes a great Moqueca for example which we heated for the evening and sweetly made a cake for my daughter's birthday. Felipe the manager was extremely kind helping us with cooking and anything we needed when Val went home at 5pm. He's also very interesting and worldly which I only found out on the last day and could talked to him of much longer. Good quality face snorkels were left for our use which makes all the difference and we swam with a friendly turtle in the bay. Kayaks for out use too. Netflix etc. No one else around so total privacy. Rename was better priced for boat tours than the locals so I recommend just booking him to do a day tour around the islands. Francesca was just as sweet as can be!

The house is exactly as demonstrated in the photos, very large and comfortable, facing the sea, literally opening the gate and stepping on the sand. It is at the end of Rasa Beach - not the most beautiful in Búzios - but ideal for those who seek tranquility, because it is far from any hustle and is empty most of the time, even in Carnival. We hired apart the services of the homemade Jessica and her mother Neia for cooking - I recommend, they are considerate, go out to buy the groceries and cook very well. We'll be back for sure.

Cinematographic house. Wonderful outdoor area and functional indoor areas decorated in very good taste. The support team was sensational, providing everything we planned impeccably. A special mention to Gabriela, always available and making everything easy to accomplish. The only point to comment on was the lack of air conditioning in the two main rooms, as we caught an extremely hot period in Rio. But since there is a smaller room with air-conditioning, it did not affect the stay at all. I highly recommend the space!

We were on the extended Holy Week holiday with a group of 24 people and the house behaved very well for everyone. The house is just as it was described in the ad. Dandara responded promptly to me in all my requests. The house is beautiful, the kitchen is very well equipped and we do not miss anything during our stay. I recommend it and we will come back more often.

I thank Veronica for her exceptional welcome and generosity! Everything was perfect! More than what we expect from an Airbnb Host! In addition, from this beautiful home in the heart of the jungle, and 15 minutes from the most beautiful wild beaches of Rio(Prainha and Grumari) she took care of us and helped us organize our stay. She introduced us to a great guide Edouardo, who accompanied us to visit Rio, she offered us surf lessons, fishing parties or horseback riding. She gave us her best addresses and heard from us throughout the stay. We stayed 11 days in the house with our 2 children. For recommendations, it is essential to rent a 4✖️4 to access the house, and also provide mosquito repellents... we are in the heart of a tropical garden...

It was all excellent! The place is very good, clean, comfortable, it has everything we needed. Patrícia is attentive and communication was great. The waterfall accessible by the common area makes the space even more special. I highly recommend it!

Matteo's house is even better than the photos, we were in 5 adults and 2 children, all with the necessary privacy, clean bathrooms, delicious baths, great beds! The outside area is delicious, you don't even want to leave the house! Mto good pool, clean and all in a condominium with great infrastructure! Ronaldo who welcomed us, gave many tips and was extremely requested! Note 1000 for communication with the owner and his friendliness tb! Luiza's Space is very clean, cozy and complete, its employees are very attentive and kind, I recommend it to everyone, because we had a great weekend.
