Holiday rentals with a patio in Região dos Lagos

We were in two people and the apartment met all our expectations. It was all very clean and organized, as well as the common area. Parking is well demarcated and holds all vehicles. The location is good, close to the beach and the fair of Praça da Cidadania, great for snacking and shopping for souvenirs.

Spectacular, We are a family that was amazed by the apartment and its privileged view. Regarding cleanliness, you can tell a lot of worry, all the artifacts are in perfect condition. Feel the comfort of your own home and more. I 100% recommend the place and their hosts are pending all the time to help. New and clean apartment, exactly matches the photos of the listing. New clean and quality bedding, bath, cookware and barbecue utensils. The balcony of the apartment has a beautiful sea view and is extremely pleasant. Mab responds quickly and Veronica, who received us is friendly and proactive. Super recommend the apartment!!!

The space is a well-organized apartment with two bedrooms, a living room, an equipped kitchen, a laundry room with a washing machine, and a bathroom with an electric shower. It is located in a residential condominium near the Rio das Ostras mall and the hostess has several tips on what to do in the city and nearby services. For those who want to feel at home, it's a good choice.

Wonderful apartment, with a sensational view! Super clean, spacious and very tidy. We were 4 people (2 couples) and we settled in very well, with privacy in the rooms. The apartment has 2 very large bedrooms, with beds that are exactly as in the photos, one of them being a suite and the other having a bathroom almost next door (almost a second suite). Both rooms have air conditioning working properly and have wifi available for guests. The kitchen is equipped with the basic utensils you need to cook (frying pan, plates, cutlery, glasses, water filter...)

Amazing house, exactly as in the pictures. Everything impeccably clean, clean bedding and bathrooms, functional kitchen with absolutely everything you might need and more, nothing is missing. The outside area is wonderful and won our heart, because we were able to enjoy the pool, barbecue, etc. We had an amazing and delicious reception made by Carol, Zezé is very nice and always served us very well and Wagner has always been very helpful with us. I would be honestly missing characters because I would really compliment you. Thank you very much! It was perfect! I have absolutely nothing to suggest improvement. It was wildly the best home we've ever been through Airbnb. Voltaria a thousand times!

We stayed at Refúgio da Mata and loved the accommodation. Charming place, surrounded by greenery, silence and peace. I loved the experience of sleeping to the sound of the waterfall. The house is very well equipped and tastefully decorated. We will return in the summer to enjoy the pool and the waterfall that is very close. Mr. Aurimar was very helpful in all the requests we made. I highly recommend you stay. It's worth discovering this delightful retreat!

Amanda's place is fantastically welcoming and delicious. The house is full of amenities and decorative details that greet the guest as a hug, it is pleasing the sight and the spirit. The house is great, very well equipped, with everything working perfectly. The place is even more beautiful than in the pictures. I loved the hydro bathtub for relaxing. Jéssica and Lindomar were very friendly and attentive, always responding quickly. It was very easy to get there. The house is in a very quiet and private place, but at the same time close to the center. My husband and I love it!!

Our stay was wonderful, the house is exactly as advertised. Amanda is an excellent host, friendly and very helpful. The house has all the necessary utensils to make coffee and meals. The cleaning was spotless. Great quality towels and sheets were provided. The place offers a lot of privacy and tranquility. The location, in my opinion, is perfect, a few minutes from Arraial, and very close to the Monte Alto lagoon, at the end of the street there is a beautiful beach. We will definitely stay at this beautiful house again.

Wonderful! Claudio is a great host! Apartment super comfortable and exactly the same described. The location is excellent, view waiting and the condominium with full infrastructure and security. We spend days with great comfort and tranquility. Clean and comfortable bedding. Spectacular cleaning, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils. Tips for places to visit and where to eat with excellence. We'll definitely go back to feel at home.

I loved the roof, everything was clean and organized , excellent location , right in front of the beach, the condominium is a luxury, with swimming pool , game room and without bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra , from the first moment I thought of renting, removed all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had more doubts, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational , only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

I would like to highlight the cleanliness and organization of the apartment, it undoubtedly met my expectations, as well as the availability of the host to respond to messages! I recommend your stay and hope to be back soon!

the apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to those in the center you have to have a car or go uber.

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

My family and I spent a wonderful weekend in Paula's apartment. The apartment is well equipped, contains everything the guest needs, I felt at home. The condominio has a very large pool, a gym and is close to the beach and local restaurants. We will definitely go back! Ah and Paula is very kind and made us very comfortable.

I wanted to thank you, it was very worth even having rained a lot on Saturday we enjoyed a lot of Sunday and Monday. they very attentive. we gave courtesy gifts. everything very organized. I get back in camp I'm only in this place. amazing pool restaurant all very affordable value. but cheap that on the beach. wonderful food. we only have compliments.
