We had a wonderful relaxing stay. The view of the Wailuku River was just spectacular! The house was very clean and had comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very close to Hilo town but felt like the country.

Eleonor is a very wonderful host! One of the best I’ve ever had! Very prompt with response and helpful! Had the chance to speak to her a few times along with her kids! Accommodation had a kettle which is so good considering that most places do not have! Even allowed us to check in early and store our luggage past our check out time! The goats are a fine addition to our stay! Tatami mat was surprisingly comfortable to sleep on! Looking forward to staying here again!

They were quick to respond to any questions and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience.
