Great spot in Hampton Bays! The house was as described and in a very cute and walkable neighborhood. Super close drive to the beach and a couple of local restaurants and eateries. Loved how private the spot felt too! David’s done a wonderful job with the backyard, so you get the comfort of having close neighbors without the intrusiveness. Pool was awesome. We definitely enjoyed it!

I spent my birthday at this beautiful house and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was spotless and full of natural light, with lovely views that made the stay even more special. The atmosphere was peaceful and clean, and the house had everything we needed for cooking and relaxing. I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a cozy, well-equipped getaway!

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

This Home was Amazing!! Anastasia is Phenomenal, I could see why they are Super Hosts. Their home is Beautiful and very clean. It’s filled with amenities! all that are in the description. So much so we didn’t even get a chance to take advantage of them all. We were only there for two days. Next time it’ll be much longer. I love this place!

We had a wonderful two day stay at Roger and Amy’s place. It was fantastic- such a beautiful, inviting home. Our kids had a blast in the heated pool- we could barely get them to come out despite it being under 60 degrees out! The kitchen was stocked with more than just kitchen basics- the spice cabinet had soo many different choices ! It was probably the most perfect AirBnb experience I’ve had and we travel plenty.

Only complaint would be the noise from road during the morning commute

This house was wonderful as I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to family and friends. The views from the balconies and windows were amazing! The house was absolutely beautiful and super clean. The location was secluded but still near shops and restaurants. We loved our stay!

Just as described. Peaceful and private setting. Only 15 minutes from downtown Wilton but a very rural setting in nice neighborhood.

We just spent the weekend at this beautiful home in Newtown. We were a family of 4 in town for some family events nearby and opted for an Airbnb instead of booking a hotel room. The home is so serene and peaceful on a gorgeous sprawling property and it is in immaculate condition. Everything was exactly as pictured. We had a wonderful time, the kids loved it and we were extremely comfortable during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay included spending family time in front of the fireplace watching Disney shows and with time spent enjoying meals around the cozy kitchen table. Enjoyed our stay very much and hope to go back one day

We came to Newtown for a family wedding. Terry’s place, about 10 minutes away from the wedding at The Meeting House, is a quiet and private haven. There was ample room for my husband and I, as well as our two teenaged boys. The house was spotless and communication with Terry was clear and easy. The little garden out back is lovely - we even had a visit with some wild turkeys. I highly recommend this house, and would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay in the woods with a beautiful view of the river. Easy to get to and very close to the charming town of New Milford and many good restaurants. Although right off a busy road it was quiet inside the house. The great room, which is on the top floor, is wonderful and perfect for both working and entertaining and has a full bath. It looks like the photos with an amazing view. The bedrooms and another bath are underneath. The master bedroom is the best. Just be aware you can hear the footsteps from above and not all of the bedroom windows have bug screens. The entertainment room on the lower level which opens into the yard is filled with games and a large tv and was lots of fun. The weather was cool & rainy so we didn’t use the outdoor space as much as we thought we would but there was a kayak. The house was private and although there is no interior deadbolt we felt safe. The house was clean with good heat/ac and wi fi. Hosts were responsive.

Excellent stay overall! Would highly recommend this AirBnB. I always appreciate special touches like a bottle of wine, guest book, and binder detailing the history of the home and local restaurant recommendations. We loved Plasko’s for coffee and ice cream. Great place to stay when visiting Fairfield U!

This house was absolutely spectacular. The gorgeous, architectural design highlighted its natural surroundings while providing all the thoughtful comforts of a home away from home. Each window is carefully placed to frame the greenery and let in the perfect amount of light throughout the day. From the steam shower to the towels to the linens, the amenities provided were comparable to those offered at a luxury hotel. The hosts were super responsive and welcoming. We couldn’t recommend it more!

One of the cooler homes we’ve stayed in through Airbnb. Rob’s home was immaculate and well-appointed; the location couldn’t be better. We slept with the windows and doors open, utilizing the phantom screens, to listen to the gentle rolling falls outside. Incredible!

Brittany was the best host I’ve came across in a long time. She was very accommodating. My wife and I rented two of her houses for our wedding weekend. She even dropped off two bottles of champagne for us to celebrate. My wife’s entire bridal party was able to get ready comfortably in the house. She was the easiest host to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better host. Look forward to renting the House again in the summer time.
