Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Reading

Suzi and Luci’s Place was absolutely beautiful. For a home that often takes pets, it was top tier clean. They were more than accommodating on check-in time since we were traveling from east end of Long Island, it was about a 4 1/2 hour drive. Beds were extremely comfortable and clean, they had the AC and some lights on for us when we got there as well which was very much appreciated. Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay very short. Paid for 2 nights but only stayed for 1. Suzi and Luci were very understanding when we messaged late at night that we had to leave due to family emergency. The view of the falls was gorgeous. Be prepared for some noise from the road at night as it backs up straight to it, but the hostesses offer ear plugs which was super nice! The shower is a bit small so beware if you are a larger person. Overall a great stay, great communication, super clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back and fully enjoy the home! Place was very cozy! If your looking for comfortable and cozy this is your place. It felt like I was visiting a family member with comfortable beds.

House was clean and had everything we needed. Owner was pleasant and communicated well. Would stay again.

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. The house was perfect for our family’s needs while we were in the area for my son’s wedding. The house was clean. The property and home were lovely. There was plenty of room our whole family plus the groomsmen visited for breakfast. Everyone who entered shared “I could live here!”

If I could give Tim’s place more than 5 stars, I would! It’s off the beaten path, but that’s what make his Place so inviting. All the amenities you could hope for! Definitely the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at in the States! Got to chat with Tim on my last night there and it was great. I loved the chocolate chip cookies that were presented upon our arrival. I’m looking forward to visiting his place again, if I can. My grandkids loved playing on the grounds and the dogs 🐶 enjoyed roaming around. This is a gem of a place and I 100% recommend you consider staying there. 1000 Kudos!

Great location in Jim Thorpe. Access to Lehigh Gorge State Park, right across street. Minutes away to the beautiful mountain town of Jim Thorpe. Quite a few eateries within walking distance. Butler's Guest House had plenty of room for two adults & two dogs. Kitchen had everything that was needed if you wanted to cook. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was the size of a small bedroom (😃), plenty of room!! Loved our time here! Thanks, Lyle!!

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and impressively well-stocked with everything we needed. The amenities were a nice bonus, and check-in was smooth with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. It’s located right on a main road, so there was some traffic noise, but we were all so wiped out from Hersheypark each day that it didn’t bother us at all. Would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay at Shaun's place - enjoyed the amenities and the stars that were out that night. Had a big lightning storm that night, so if that sort of thing wakes you up, bring a sleep mask because there are a couple of skylights. The hot tub and pool were great and the outdoor seating and speakers were pretty nice, too. When we left to go hiking after checkout, Shaun immediately contacted me every way he could to tell me I left my motorcycle leathers behind, which would have been a disaster for me, and at 20+ pounds and super-bulky, would have been an expensive shipping nightmare. In all, great experience.

Our second time here, it’s a fantastic house in peaceful farmland. It offers both indoor and outdoor space that can accommodate a large group, or can allow a smaller group lots of room to spread out and relax.

I stayed at Shel’s for the weekend of my high school reunion. The unit I stayed in was perfect - just the right size, clean & comfortable, close to the event venue & in a beautiful location. Shel also steered me In the right direction when I was looking for a restaurant for dinner. I don’t know if I’ll ever get back to Oxford but, if I do, I know exactly where I’ll be staying

We were in the area picking up a new puppy, and wanted a dog-friendly place with easy outdoor access to spend the night. Stephanie was quick to confirm that we were welcome with our new pup, and the comfortable room and expansive yard were just what we needed. While we were too tired from our long day of travel to make use of the lovely outdoor grill and prep station (we grabbed tasty pizza from a place nearby), that would be an excellent plus. Great hosts and great value for the price. Thanks Stephanie and Christopher!

Eduardo’s space simply felt like home, not just a house. The services and his support to me as a guest was top notch. I’d definitely stay here or at one of Eduardo’s properties in the future.

We stayed in this Charming Stone Cottage inside the historic park, site of an iron foundry. Interesting things to see and do - History and Nature, and a covered bride on the premises. Who could ask for more? It was absolutely terrific. We had the entire grounds for dog walking. The flowers were in full bloom. We saw many birds, squirrels, and a few rabbit. There were people fishing along the waterside. The cottage was spotless, had so much room! Furniture was comfy, beds soft and nice linens. Kitchen appliances looked new. Many pots,& pans, a coffee maker, very generous provisions/ coffee, tea, sugar etc. TVs upstairs and down. We met some nice folks in the park, local people and travelers. What a lovely place. I'd absolutely revisit this AirBnb.

Beautiful home, so many thoughtful touches, from fresh cut flowers in every room to all the bathroom supplies one could need. Gorgeous indoor greenhouse, beautiful nature all around. We loved our stay and highly recommend Jen’s!

We stayed here while on a travel contract for Reading hospital. Great location! Jennifer was responsive to all our questions and very accommodating. We extended our stay and already booked our next stay at another one of her rentals.

A wonderful place to stay for a weekend getaway, More than enough space to make nice dinners. The cabin itself Is very beautiful a 10/10 stay.

We had a wonderful stay here! Mya +Zak were very warm and helpful. The home is cozy, clean, and perfectly curated with beautiful art and furniture. The creek behind the home (mere steps from the house) is a peaceful oasis. The town itself is quiet with limited hours for shopping or dining out but Kutztown is near so many other towns to explore during your stay. If nothing else, enjoy the rides past the picturesque farmland and hike through hills and over creeks. We highly recommend for anyone looking to unplug and relax!
