I can definitely say this place is a hidden gem ! , was super clean looked just like the pictures but it honestly better in person , only thing I’ll mention is parking situation, there might be parking in front , if not you’ll have to pay for parking , which would have you on a 4 minute walk so keep that in mind , besides that everything was literally 5 minutes away furthest thing away was 14 minutes lol , 10/10 bed was cozy , place was super clean.

We loved the beautiful studio apartment. The location is great for exploring the area. The bed and linens were excellent. The provided snacks, water and coffee were great. Everything was of top quality.

We would come back for multiple nights. It was unfortunate we could only stay a night. It was clean and very spacious! It had everything we were looking for. Check in was a breeze! For anyone with a long wheel base full size truck, parking may be hard to come by.

Such an amazing place! It truly felt like home. It was a perfect in-between spot for visiting with friends in Ephrata and Reading. The bed was comfy and the coffee was good. As if that wasn’t enough, the location was beautiful and peaceful. I will definitely be back when visiting in the area again!

I was away from home for work and needed lodging for an extended period of time. I booked this apartment not knowing anything about the area but the price was great and I liked how the place looked in the pictures. I’m glad I stayed here and the hosts were able to accommodate me, the apartment was great. The location offers easy access to stores, restaurants, gas stations and anything else you may need. The hosts were quick with responses to any messages sent. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area!

The Garden Spot is a fantastic spot for a couple of days or an extended period of time stay. I was visiting friends in PA for a graduation celebration, this spot is only 4 minutes away from a major grocery store which is super convenient and the surroundings are very peaceful and quiet. Everything was super clean, Anita did provide excellent instructions ahead of time and communicated very well. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area!

Having stayed in many different places…. I can truly say that Lucinda went above and beyond beyond expectations to accommodate our unusual travel arrival and departure. The unit itself was even better than anticipated and suited our needs precisely. Central AC was a major upgrade over the typical split or window units typically found in this area. Since this was a business trip; easy access to the turnpike was a major plus, and yet when sitting on the back deck overlooking the Amish farmlands and one room schoolhouse…. One can’t help but feel far removed from the stresses of the world. We will absolutely be returning… and Thank you for sharing your home with us Lucinda.

Very Welcoming environment, small with nice views

Kyra's apartment is wonderful -- I love her aesthetic! It had everything I needed and was squeaky-clean. I definitely want to come back and do more in the area, like Hawk Mountain.

I stayed here for a 13 week nursing contract at a local hospital. I work nights so quiet is extremely important. I got my wish for that for sure. This is a great little efficiency for one person to stay at for an extended period of time. The host and her husband are very responsive to any issues. The ones I had were very minor and quickly resolved. I would definitely stay here again.

Me and my friend stay for one night we played uno and had the most amazing time it’s a very cute house clean not too modern but has a lot of charm I also love the Bible verses on the wall it had no tv’s but I don’t feel like you need them because the charm and area around was so beautiful it made us want to take a break from electronics and talk and play board games would stay again the host was friendly and responded quick great for a little getaway.

We came to Ephrata for our family wedding. Elizabeth’s home was a beautiful stay. It was very clean, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and very convenient. We were 10-17 mins away from our family which was so convenient. We would definitely book again.

I still have no words besides, God is good and I’m incredibly grateful for Susanne and her lovely place that we stumbled upon. My husband and I booked another rental in downtown Lancaster and to say the least it wasn’t good. We checked in there around 6 pm that day, and I messaged Susanne at 7 pm to see if we could come as soon as possible, we were 3 hours away from home, so worried we wouldn’t find anything.. Susanne had everything freshened up in 40 mins and we drove over. The space is extremely homey. And honestly the whole area is a fresh breath of air. Easy drive to downtown Lancaster. You’re surrounded by lots of Amish life and beautiful views. The bathroom was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Living room was cozy. Susanne thought of everything possible when adding charm and coziness to this space. Price point is amazing. I could go on! We met John on the way out and he was extremely friendly and kind to us. We will book again! :)

This place was our first Airbnb experience and it exceeded expectations. The apartment is clean, very nicely decorated, modern, and homey. To add to that Linette surprised us with snacks, plastic cutlery, paper plates and paper bowl options, as well as real plates for the choice. We were able to use the combo toaster oven/convection oven to cook some chicken for lunch so that was nice. To add to all of this our car experienced a huge hiccup upon departure at 6:45 am and Linette and her husband hurried out to meet us (although we both hoped it would be on different circumstances), and helped us with what we needed after YouTubing haha. The little farm with chickens, a baby goat named Sully was just the icing on the cake. Our daughter loved it as did her cousin whom we had with us as well. They are 15 to provide reference. So it was fun for all. THANK YOU again.

We enjoyed our stay and took advantage of being so close to ReRe's cafe, which is a great local drive-through coffee shop. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The place was really nice

What a lovely home! Super clean and updated. Easy Check-in. The private parking was nice. The kids loved the play area in the basement. The area outside was very nice with the string lights. We didn't end up using the grill or campfire pit this trip, but definitely would have. The Hot Tub was a big hit! All the appliances worked perfect; washer, dryer, fridge and the Central Air cooled the whole house well. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. We loved this house and would book it again! Very cute, clean space. Nice area, right in the city and a very short walk to the "main" downtown. We would definitely stay there again. Hosts were responsive and kind. Thanks!

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

Would recommend Patricia’s highly. Very comfortable, beautiful location with mountain views and walking distance to everything in town.

This is exactly what I look for in an AirBnB - unique, full of character, charming, clean, accurately described, non-cluttered, and walkable to local spots. I brought my teen son here for a tournament at Spooky Nook and it was a perfect diversion from the usual team hotel. Joel has thought of all the little things that make a stay comfortable and is so responsive to any needs.

Beautiful air b and b - my husband and I spent the night of our wedding at this location and found it so relaxing with the hot tub, the bed was so comfortable and I fell asleep in an instant.

We had an awesome time at this Airbnb! The place was super clean and cozy, and the Hershey-themed decor was such a fun touch. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with the outlets just a short walk away. We loved having the indoor pool, game room, and fire pits—plenty to do when we weren’t at Hershey Park (which is only like 5 minutes away!). Our host was super responsive, and check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for a great stay!
