Holiday rentals with a patio in Ravenna

To be extremely brief, we had a great time. The apartment is really delicious: cozy, clean, tastefully furnished, equipped with everything, equipped with a very comfortable parking space and outdoor space that opens to a spectacular view; in addition, the village of Gabicce Monte is an authentic pearl, it offers the possibility of relaxing walks with the feeling of being suspended on the expanse of the sea. An additional peculiarity: The apartment is adjacent to the village church, they were once probably communicating, which makes the context even more evocative. I'm already nostalgic!

A clean, quiet hideaway to relax in after the hustle and bustle of Bologna. Excellent communication from Alessandra.

Unique urban sanctuary. Quiet and calm, restaurants and a great bar (Rocker Inn) steps away. Alina was a perfect hostess and we would stay again. Kitchen was compact, but well stocked and squeaky clean. Fabulous rooftop patio was a treat and so nice to come home to. Extensive new tram construction in front of apartment was never a problem, but does present an odd method to obtain key to outer door. Parking is very difficult, but there is a garage a few blocks away. I would recommend getting all this info at least a day prior to map your arrival. I would also suggest a welcome manual with instructions for the washer and restaurant recommendations. Thanks, Alina!

Lovely host and great apartment. The bathrooms are very modern with fantastic showers and the house is spacious. We only stayed one night for a short family beach holiday in Rimini.

Great Airbnb. Close to the beach. Check in and communication was hassle-free. Ocean view from the balcony. We all enjoyed it very much.

Beautiful and private gem in Bologna. The apartment was bigger than expected and super clean. Elisa was a lovely host and we felt very comfortable and welcomed. Defintely recommend this place with a nice garden/terrace and private parking lot in front of the door!

This is hands-down the best AirBnB in the best little town in Italy. It’s the first time I’ve ever driven into a literal castle to park my car. Hopefully it won’t be my last. Joana was incredibly kind, responsive, and helpful. And she gave very clear instructions for arriving at and entering her apartment—not an easy feat in Italy. My favorite part of my stay was opening my windows in the morning and being greeted by an adorable nonna in the apartment across the street—“Buongiorno!” If you’re looking for a bona fide, non-touristy Italy experience, this is the spot for you.

We really enjoyed our stay to explore the area. All major cities like Florence, Bologna, Lucca are in reach. Also good restaurants and the factory outlet in Barberino are in reach. Thank you for all the good advice.

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Fantastic house, with attention to detail. Convenient to reach from the highway. Laura and Fulvio welcomed us as if we were at home, providing everything we needed to stay without any needs. We stayed here for several weeks and it was a great base for exploring Bologna with our baby! The home is quiet but in a very central and convenient location— to everything from groceries, restaurants and sightseeing. Having our own full size kitchen was also a plus. Highly recommend!

Great location, outside the busy tourist areas but walkable to the old city in 20 mins. Multiple bus stations close. Having a dedicated parking spot was a huge plus as we had a rental car. To be honest, the apartment was much more spacious than I thought it would be. We were very comfortable during our 3 night trip. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our four nights in this lovely apartment! Location from the station was great , plus so close to everything including supermarkets .
