Il Fienile del Poggiolo was just as I had imagined it after seeing the photos: an enchanted place of peace and beauty. A well-kept outdoor space full of flowers and plants where you can linger between food, chatter and good reading; the swimming pool - a blue jewel in an expanse of greenery - a stone's throw from the house and the barn, a rustic but well-kept environment, perfectly in line with the tradition of Tuscan farmhouses. A week of absolute relaxation to enjoy the countryside and the starry sky! Maria Luisa was a welcoming and discreetreet host, very kind and always available to meet our needs. Thank you!

It was very pleasant stay. We felt very welcomed when we arrived, premises were shown thoroughly. Views are immaculate over the valley all the way to Rimini and ocean. Great place to spend time and visit nearby places like Rimini and San Marino.

We had such a great stay - charming house with plenty of space in beautiful surroundings. Marco was a great host, very responsive and helpful and provided us with fans and a new coffee machine when the old one suddenly stopped working. The pool was clean and inviting. We missed a few pieces of equipment in the kitchen (we cooked every day and evening) but otherwise the house had everything and I would really recommend everyone to visit Ginanni Fantuzzi 1824.

We felt very comfortable in Cinzia's house. The house is very nice, well equipped and Cinzia is an excellent host, whom we would gladly recommend.

We were here with our 4 children, who were looking forward to the large garden , volleyball net and outdoor area right upon arrival after going home exploration. All rooms were simple , lovingly and very comfortably furnished. We lacked nothing and we quickly had a "holiday feeling". Licia was present from day 1 with possible ideas for day planning , but especially when we had a problem with the door, she was quickly reachable. The climbing park right next door has provided the boys with action for 2 days (pay once, double entrance ). We say thank you, thanks for the great time !

Our stay was great. We were greeted warmly and even got a regional pastry at breakfast. The kitchen was well-equipped and stocked with basics like salt, coffee, water, and pleasant additions like beer, wine. The house is beautiful and sits on a large property with lots of trees. It was very quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed the birds singing. The hosts took good care of us during the whole stay. They suggested visiting Verucchio and a local olive oil shop, which we also strongly recommend. We felt well looked after throughout our stay.

We had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The views were absolutely breathtaking and made every morning special. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the start. The place was clean, cozy, and just as described. Highly recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy beautiful surroundings with a truly warm host!

Property was as described and excellent. Large, clean, modern and fully-equipped. Very peaceful and rural location. Host very communicative. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend.

Laura was an amazing host and made sure we knew all the details of the house and was very responsive if we had a question. The house itself is gorgeous and so are the surroundings. Highly recommend staying here as a home base in the Tuscany area! We visited many surrounding cities as well as a winery 40 minutes south. We would also recommend the restaurant Nuevo Ranch right done the street! Wonderful!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautifully located villa! We were a group of six family members, and we made full use of both kitchens and living areas, the many outdoor seating/dining options, and the swimming pool. We spent much of our time there outdoors admiring the views and soaking it all in -- it was a wonderful place to relax for a week. Do know that there is no AC, but even in the heat wave we had it was not a big issue, as the nighttime breezes help cool the upstairs sleeping quarters (the main floor was always cool). It proved a great location for day trips to other towns/sites in the region and/or for walking into the town of Brisighella itself. Marco was very helpful with recommendations and tips.

We were a group of 32 with young to older childern. What a wonderfull stay. The Hostess was very friendly and helpful. She was always reachable and was always ready to help with questions or recommendations, writing often about interesting events, markets and towns to visit. She also gifted us 2 Evening meals which were both very tasty. The House was amazing, had everything we needed, was clean and had a lot of space. One could see that a lot of love and thought went into this house. The Location is beautiful, in a very small town in the hills of Toscany, 10 min from Pratovecchio which has a large grocery, petrolstation and smaller cafès. If you want to relax, enjoy the food, wine and countryside Toscany has to offer, this is the place for you. There is really nothing negative we can say about our stay there. The House and Hostess were amazing.

We had a great time at this villa. The house is huge, well-maintained, and very welcoming. Accurately and attentively chosen furnishings to offer different experiences and special services (living room that becomes a cinema room!). The outdoor spaces are spectacular, especially the garden and indoor rooms, perfect for relaxing. It has everything you need for both work and fun. An incredibly beautiful place to stay with a gorgeous garden - much nicer than in the photos! The host is very friendly, set up and helpful. The highlight is the pool and the view - pure relaxation! Shopping facilities are a short walk away by car. We'll be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

We were delighted with our stay at Villa Moneti. The house is very beautiful, well furnished and clean. We appreciated the availability of the owners, always very responsive and pleasant. We highly recommend it for a quiet stay by the pool;)

House immersed in nature, in a very quiet area (you can only hear the birds and sometimes the cow bell in the distance), easily accessible from an untrafficked road. The place is ideal for those who, like me and my husband, seek an escape from the stress of the city and a healthy isolation in nature. The beautiful gated park with a private pool encourages you to relax at home and rest, with views of the mountains and the sweet kitten that circulates on the property. Privacy is also ensured by the grace and discretion of the friendly and welcoming host Valentina and her parents, who try to maintain the pool and garden maintenance if guests are absent. Ideal place also for electrosensitive: although the satellite wifi connection service is available, the host had no problems, following my request, to disconnect any wireless from the apartment, which is also distant from antennas.

We had a lovely stay at Petra’s villa in Poppi. The house was even prettier than the images showed and very clean. The pool area was lovely with a great view over Poppi. Petra was really friendly and easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Large property with private pool and in a quiet idyllic location. 😊 We had a great 14 days in Davide's accommodation and were a total of 10 people incl. children. The house with private pool and the large property leaves almost nothing to be desired. A car is needed to get to Pesaro to the beach and is in approx. 20-30 minutes. Davide was always easy to reach and gave us a great regional food basket as a welcome gift. Thanks again for that.

This place is absolutely stunning!!! The views are amazing and the location peaceful. The home is a true luxurious Italian villa. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking for two or for a big group. The pool is stunning. There is even an elevator! The beds are great, we slept like babies Leonardo and his wife are extremely kind hosts, responsive, generous, and very helpful. We will definitely be back!

If you want a beautiful house with lovely garden and a fantastic pool overlooking the Toscana hills this is it. And Francesca is really a super host. I had a birthday and she organised for os to have local chef to come and make traditional Toscana dinner.

We were a group of 19 people and had a great time... We settled in quickly, the house is great with unique nature around it, I highly recommend...
