Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ravenna

We spent a few days ( 2-8.06.2025) at Podere Bocci with our family, and it was an absolutely exceptional time. The villa is even more beautiful than in the photos – very clean, spacious, and with a wonderful view of the Tuscan hills. The pool was perfect, discreetly cleaned every morning by the owner – everything was cared for down to the smallest detail. What impressed us the most, however, was the hospitality of the hosts – incredibly kind, helpful, and warm. They answered every question, brought us cake and prosecco for Grzesiek’s birthday, and surprised us with a delicious aperitivo at the end of our stay. We had never experienced such a warm welcome before – we truly felt exceptionally well taken care of. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, the charm of Tuscany, and genuine kindness. We will definitely be back! Lovely and spacious house in a private and quiet area with a great view! Renza and Mauro are very nice and help you out with anything. We could’ve stayed a lot longer!

Very short but very pleasant stay. The welcome was punctual and friendly, the location is very convenient to visit Bologna and its surroundings. The house is spacious, comfortable and perfectly equipped. Truly enchanting

My partner and I, along with our dog and cat, stayed here for 5 nights. The atmosphere is fantastic and has far exceeded our expectations. Petra and Paolo are excellent homeowners, never intrusive but always attentive to every detail, letting you fully enjoy the fairy tale in which you are catapulted The only sounds you hear are the inexorable flow of the stream, the forest, and sometimes the neighing of the horses from the stables in front of the mill. If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

Barbara and Cristiano and their son were very friendly, attentive and helpful hosts. Their house is a haven of peace in the middle of a beautiful nature, a relaxing and beneficial calm. This is such a lovely place to stay. I was so happy to look at the surroundings with breathtaking views and the tranquility ( besides the fogs ) makes this place a paradise . The house was very spacious and confortable . The jacuzzi is really a plus and the swimming pool perfect . Francesco and Serena were so helpful to find activities for our family . The communication was great . I really recommend this place … soooo beautiful !

We really enjoyed our stay there. Beautiful house and outside areas with great view. The hosts were really nice and welcomed us perfectly, we also received really good recommendations for local restaurants. I can definitely recommend staying there.

This is a very spacious flat, which is beautifully furnished and has a lovely outside seating area. It is walkable distance to the old town and has a number of good cafes close by for breakfast. Plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. Communication with the hosts was excellent and they were quick to respond. Our group was a couple in their 60s and 2 in their 70s. We could not have walked from the station but Carolina described where it was best to catch a taxi and the whole process was very easy. Carolina then ordered us a taxi for our return to the airport, which worked very well. It was a great stay and I would thoroughly recommend this flat!

We had an amazing week in the villa. Even if hou have other people living there, you feel so calm and free. There is a designated spot for each appartements to eat so you can enjoy good time outside. The site is so clean and we ser that the host take good care of everything. We had a lot of recommandations to discover te surroundings and the host was so easy to reach when we needed. All the commodities were there, the appartement is well equiped. I strongly suggest to rent a car, it’s the easiest way to enjoy your stay there. I surely recommand this place and I would go back again.

The house on the river was very clean, with very large and livable spaces. Excellent starting point to visit the Foreste Casentinesi park as well as the historic villages in the surroundings. Paola was very helpful and kind, providing the house with everything you need for your stay.

We are super happy with our stay. Everything was great and the host was very nice and helpful. Perfect location with walking distance to the busier parts of the city. The apartment was fantastic for a large group with the 4 bedrooms and one bathroom per room. Clean and comfortable.

We stayed for a couple of days over Christmas. The hosts were fantastic, extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is located very close to Reggello, but in an extremely peaceful location. The apartment is large and clean and has everything you need and we will definitely be back next time we visit Reggello. Highly recommended with lovely friendly hosts. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks once again.

Very quiet and pleasant location, close to a small town with restaurants, it's nice to walk, an hour by car to Florence.

What a beautiful villa. Looks exactly like the photos and even better. A quiet place outside of Bologna and easy to get into the Old Town. The best of both worlds. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable beds and furniture. But the piece de resistance is the outdoor room and patio. Pamela is a very responsive host. Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

We had a wonderful stay! The property sits on a stunningly large lot surrounded by trees, which gave it a peaceful and private feel. The pool was a highlight — spacious, clean, and with beautiful views that made every swim feel special. Inside, the decor was tasteful and thoughtfully done, blending comfort with style. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing escape in nature without compromising on style!

We are a family of 5 who had a fantastic stay. The house is huge and very nice and the view is not better. All stress leaves the body when you are there. Everywhere you looked, there were exceptionally beautiful views. In addition, Lucia and Frederico were so warm people and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!

Cristiana and Mauro were the most friendly hosts. They made us feel immediately comfortable and set us up for a great stay at their wonderful home, offering some fabulous nearby dinner recommendations, as well as directing us to local grocery stores, and train stations for easy day trips into Florence, etc. The farmhouse is beautiful and brimming with character throughout, offering spectacular views over Vicchio. The private swimming pool is bigger than the photos suggest, and not too deep - the kids loved it. The hot tub allows you to sit back and drink in the peaceful Tuscan views. The sauna was a great touch, which we enjoyed throughout our stay, along with the pool table/games room. The outdoor terrace is large and great for a BBQ. The road leading up to the house is a fun drive - we rented a 4x4 (highly recommended if you are planning to stay here) that made it relatively comfortable. We loved our stay and would definitely like to return as there is so much more to explore there!

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The place was very nice, exceptionally clean, and felt private and peaceful — just what we were looking for. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was great to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

I cannot brag about finding this place enough. At first I was skeptical as I have booked some places that did not match the description nor the pictures. This place far exceeded in all areas. Samantha who meet us at the location was the best!!! She gave a little history on the place and left us wanting to see before photos. This home is amazing! It was clean, well laid out and full of amenities. The surrounding were so peaceful, well laid did not want to leave. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Lacopo was very responsive each time I needed to contact him. The place was very nice but remote. it was about 1 1/2 hours to drive to some of the other medieval cities. It rained a lot but also was beautiful because of the rain. Lacopo and his family were fantastic. The homemade meal his parents prepared for us was absolutely delicious! One of the best meals we had while in Tuscany! It was nice to see how active his parents were and how well they took care of the place. We were surprised to be charged if we used the pool towels. There was nothing mentioned in the description. We would recommend this place. There were 4 adults and we had plenty of room.
