My favourite time here is summer for amazing walks/cycling up mountains to enjoy majestic views. Misty Mountain Hut supports local staff by paying $40/hr for cleaning.

Cosy fire, Vault bathroom. Continental breakfast. Cafe and Pub within a two minute walk.River and bush walks a plenty. A fabulous diversion encompassing spectacular views - especially if driving to or from the North. You will be staying in the character filled, old Kimbolton BNZ Bank (complete with teller box).
