Kick back and relax at our stunning beach house. Amazing views of our west coast beach and plenty of space to chill out. Close to park and beach. 15 minutes from town. Set up for fishing and for kids. Please note we have amazing views of Kai Iwi beach and it is a short walk down the hill to the beach. The White House. Stylish Art Deco.

Please note 1 negative review from over 110 positive happy guests. This two storey Art Deco home has stunning views, all day sun, situated in a sheltered and private garden. The home has been recently redecorated and is welcoming with two outdoor dining areas. Walking distance to markets, art & glass galleries, river & restaurants. There is a rental apartment in part of the downstairs floor area that has separate access and their own courtyard, so we appreciate your consideration for noise.
