Very cozy attic with private kitchen, bathroom, living room, bedroom (33 sqm) with satellite TV, view over the rooftops (2nd floor) of the quiet residential area of Ramersdorf-Perlach in the southeast of Munich. In summer, my small garden is ideal for relaxing/eating in the countryside. You will live together with me and my little dog in a semi-detached house, whereby the attic is lockable. There is no water connection in the kitchen, but there is a sink for dishes in the bathroom.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

Well-kept, whole house in Unterhaching. Less than 15 minutes by suburban train from the city centre. The house with about 110 m² has on the ground floor a bedroom, living-dining room, kitchen, as well as a bathroom with bath/shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms as well as a bathroom with toilet and washing facilities. In the basement there is washing machine and dryer. The property is in a very quiet residential area. Shopping and S-Bahn are easily accessible on foot.

After a 20-minute drive, you are in downtown Munich
