Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ramersdorf-Perlach

Uli was a fantastic host - very responsive and proactive to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The house was easily big enough for the eight people in our group and the furnishings were very comfortable and homey. The location is perfect. We took the train to Munich, which was convenient, and we drove to Neuschwanstein, Zugspitze, Oberammergau, and several other locations - all within about an hour of the house. I will 100% stay here again when we return to this area.

We spent a very nice week with the family in the great villa and felt very comfortable. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. The house is very idyllic from the outside area to the furnishings and it is quietly located. We lacked nothing. We were warmly welcomed by Alex and his mother and we could also contact them at any time. The house is located close to Lake Ammersee, which we could easily reach on foot. We can give at least 5 stars and wish the other guests such a nice time in Villa Matilda and a good rest. Many thanks to Angela, Alex and his mother!

Georg and Gisela are the perfect hosts. Starting with helping to bring luggage to the house, to fresh rolls on Sunday, a beer to welcome you, homemade jam in the fridge and lots of helpful tips, made for a perfect stay. You can just feel comfortable in this cozy and tastefully decorated house. Even for the dog, everything is thought of.

Very nice, quiet, and comfortable house with a great outdoor space. The kids loved the chickens, bunnys, and the trampoline. Lots of opportunity for kids to play and have fun. Very enjoyable for us grown-ups, too, with nice indoor and outdoor spaces and a decently equipped kitchen. Very friendly and welcoming hosts.

Unfortunately, we only used Peter's home as an ultra short "stopover", but we could have spent a longer time there! Especially the cute garden invites you to linger - the sounds of the nearby train did not bother us or our daughter, at night we did not even notice it.

We were there for the third time. Furthermore, everything is great! Especially in rainy weather, as this year partly, a great accommodation in which you can stay and feel great.

We had, together with the family (which was accommodated in the large apartment next door), spent a nice Easter weekend at Agnes's place. Of course, the highlights were the goats, the donkeys and the dog as well as the trampoline outside for the younger guests. Check-in was uncomplicated, the surroundings great. The apartment itself looks as described. Personally, it would probably be a bit too tight for me for a longer stay, especially if you want to be active in the kitchen yourself. Since we are always over in the big apartment for this, that was no problem. Agnes + family are very warm hosts and we can recommend a stay.

Good morning, congratulations to Axel & Katrin on their place, exactly as described, completely renovated and with new furnishings. We used it for a work stay but the location is very convenient to visit Munich and surroundings. I highly recommend it.

Ulli’s place was beautiful! The apartment was very private and located on a lake. The place is very spacious. Ulli was very responsive and kind. It was convenient to travel into the city center via bus or taxi and then train.

I was with a friend in the apartment on Samerberg. Thanks to the bed in the living room, we each had our own area. Location and view are a dream, the apartment is individually and personally furnished with a lot of taste. The kitchenette is a bit very spartan, but there is the offer to cook downstairs at Christiane's. We went out to eat more often, which is good in the village and the surrounding area. Christiane gave us a very warm welcome and provided a little initial catering in the kitchen, which is not a matter of course. A good place to relax!

Wonderful communication in advance and a nice accommodation

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. We were very warmly welcomed, the apartment is very nice, modern and furnished with love. Everything was very clean and the apartment is equipped with everything you need. There is also a great garden for adults to relax in and a playground for children.

We had a lovely stay. The weather was very good, being able to cycle. Surroundings are beautiful, nice and quiet. Been to the end of our holiday to Adele's concert in Munich. In short, enough to enjoy yourself now that we are back at home.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and especially with Heike and Sven, who shine through excellent communication. Unfortunately, we were only on site for a weekend, were welcomed at the foot of the mountain and were able to let our luggage go up while we took the small ascent. On site you really have a wonderful view that we couldn't get enough of. There is electricity and running water, albeit sparse, but perfect for the area as it definitely slows down. Beds were cozy and in the kitchen you had everything you needed. A clear recommendation and we will be happy to come back. Thanks Heike and Sven :)

We were passing through as a fanie with a three-year-old child and it has been completely sufficient and adventurous, you don't always sleep in a barrel. There was enough space to sleep, it was heated (we were there in April), the sanitary facilities are also very close, the sleep was also quiet, as it was in a rural industrial area and adjacent to a field. It was fun, thank you!
