We had an incredible stay at Frieda's house. The location is truly special, right in the heart of the village of Sauen. It’s a very picturesque spot— the house is just next to a charming small church and a pond filled with the sweet sounds of frogs. The house itself is beautifully decorated, giving off a cozy cottage vibe. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and lovely to sit in, with a view of the trees outside. The outdoor space is also very special. There’s a nice table where you can enjoy breakfast (or dinner), accompanied by some friendly chickens :) You can take some beautiful walks right from the village, and there’s a lake about 10 minutes away by car. Frieda was very kind to add an extra bed for us and was always quick to respond!

A great place to stay, the host was very kind and helpful. The amenities were very extensive and everything was super clean. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed the stay in the tastefully furnished house with our adult children. Everyone had their own retreat area, but we all liked to hang out in the dreamy living area with panoramic windows and stylish kitchenette. The huge terrace offers a variety of possibilities for relaxation.

We liked the weekend in the small old town apartment very much. The apartment is very nicely decorated and clean. We were able to enjoy the warm summer evenings in the adjoining garden. Everything you need is within walking distance. The contact also works without problems. We will be happy to come back and can highly recommend the apartment. Thank you for the lovely stay!
