Great place for a family trip! Tons of fun arcade games, clean house, lots of space, and a friendly host. We’ll definitely be back!

Perfect location. Clean and comfortable for our needs. Everything is close. We liked being able to come back and forth from our sports games. Special Olympics weekend was a big success. We hope to be there again next year.

Absolutely perfect! Our party consisted of 2 families from south Alabama and Florida meeting up in Kirksville for a wedding taking place in LaPlata. Ginger's beautiful cottage was perfect for what we were needing. The cottage was plenty spacious enough for the 6 of us. It was stocked with everything that we could possibly need while there. The cleanliness of this cottage was amazing! You can tell a lot of thought and pride is put into this cottage. The location was wonderful. We were close enough to Walmart and restaurants. We enjoyed the lake at Thousand Hills State park....which is also just a few minutes away! We all enjoyed the large dining table for playing cards and boards games. We would without hesitation stay here again! If I could give it 10 stars I would!

I have stayed here a number of times. This BnB is easily accessed, clean, spacious, well supplied and has a large parking lot. The hostess, Kay, has always been very responsive with immediate resolution to any problems or questions.
