Sweet little cabin by a little pond at the edge of the woods. Large sunny windows, real bed, (with room to bed a child or two down on the floor) tea pot, easy chair, composting toilet, AC, WiFi, hiking trails. There's no shower in the Cabin. Our water is from a deep well, tested, certified ... and delicious! There is an above ground pool, trampoline, and a trail down the hill Very child friendly. We maintain a fragrance-free facility, so no air "fresheners".

Charming RV on the ridge

We absolutely loved our stay at Amanda and Morgan's place! The RV was clean, cozy and exactly has described. We enjoyed meeting Amanda's family — everyone was so kind and helpful. The property is beautiful, too. Our German Shepherd Rocky had the time of his life running around the property with their big dog, Charlie. Wore him out! If we ever find ourselves needing a place to stay in Columbia again, we'll definitely be back.

home was a little hard to find in the dark, but it was wonderful once we got inside. the beds were so comfortable and just what we needed after a long drive. kitchen was lovely and super clean. I appreciated the limited clean up we had to do when we left. a great stay for sure!

Alicia was an amazing host. We traveled from the St. Louis area and had no issues upon arrival. The particular weekend there was a storm coming in and Alicia reached out immediately informing us of access to safe shelter in the basement. Luckily there was no issues with weather and the stay was wonderful. The house is amazing from the views to the quality of the home. I would recommend staying here whether you plan to explore the area or just a getaway to retreat to a peaceful property!

Four of us stayed at the beautiful Grateful Acres two nights; two of us participated at the gun shooting competition outside of Marshall, at Bucksnort. This hideaway was so perfect for us. The house seemed to go on forever with two kitchens. The upstairs alone, would easily sleep 8 with the 4 bunk beds and a queen bed. The house was incredibly clean with so many amenities. The king bed mattress was incredibly firm —if you love sleeping on a hard mattress, you will love it. My grand loved this house and wanted to take it back home with them. The host was incredibly responsive and so kind. The house is very easy to find and in a wonderful, peaceful location (country setting). One of my favorite things, and it had nothing to do with the house was the four rabbits—could have even been pets. They were adorable and not afraid of us. HUGE patios w grill, tables & chairs. The yard adorned w flowers and a play gym and basketball goal. Cost was a tad pricey (4 p) but so nice.
