Absolutely great accommodation with an incredibly beautiful view of the sea. Fabio is very nice and helpful. Great bars and restaurants nearby. We can absolutely recommend the accommodation, it is something very special!

Stunning sunsets, great hosts and team, would definitely recommend. A heated pool would be amazing, but we survived and had an amazing stay without it…

great stay at Daniela's place. our host was very responsive, she gave us a lot of tips on activities and restaurants in and around Pula. the house is spacious, well decorated, perfect for a week of vacation in the South of Sardinia. the house is really two minutes walk from the sea, really amazing! and the little extra? bikes that we could use at our leisure to walk around the village. i recommend it.

We had a great stay, the house is spacious, as described, the residence is quiet and clean, we even saw deer and deer!! Beautiful terrace and pool. Antonella is very kind and flexible (we arrived a little late). They welcomed us with some local specialties. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful house in a beautiful place

The house was wonderful but the location even better. Just steps from a stunning beach and trails you can take over to a marina that has a few little shops. The area is very special.

Fabrizio was an incredible host! He was responsive and timely with any questions/needs we had and went over the 50 yard line with hospitality on several occasions. There was a day that I over extended myself on a bike ride to the beach and decided I needed to take a taxi back. Not only did he call a car service for me BUT he also offered to pick up my bike and bring it back to the Airbnb so I didn't need to make a trip the following morning! He had fantastic restaurant/ boat charter and nightlife recommendations and was available to assist with any bookings that needed to be done in Italian. Couldn't endorse him more!

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

We stayed at Tomaso's place in September. The house is surrounded by a well-maintained garden and well-equipped. Two parking spaces for cars in front of the house. Two grills in the garden and... a pizza wood stove. Tomaso greeted us with wine, fruit and produce for dinner after the trip and was at our every request and request. The beach is about a 5-minute walk away. The road leads through a grove to the main road (probably a county) road that was not very busy in September, except for the weekend. Tomaso provided us with beach towels and umbrellas. In a word, Tomaso's house in the Capitana a dozen kilometers east of Cagliari is a very good choice for a family vacation, and Tomaso is the good spirit of Sardinia. Krzysztof and Maria with family

Nick and his family were the picture of hospitality, they offered local recommendations, provided local drinks for our stay, and were consistently friendly. The place matched the description and photos well and the check in process was very smooth thanks to the quick responses of the host. The villa was incredibly clean with laundered linen and a beach and wash towel package for each guest. We had one small issue which involved the gas for the hob but that was resolved literally within minutes and didn’t affect the quality of our stay at all. The location was good with a pleasant town nearby with good restaurants and places to visit. There was also a beach within walking distance with beautiful clear water. If you wanted to just stay by the pool though you could absolutely spend the day there. There were a range of sofas and loungers and a big enough and warm enough pool to facilitate any games or races you could imagine or simply just relaxing! We would definitely recommend!

Everything was far above my expectations. Simone is such a helpful person, we had a great time two days there. place is so beautiful, Stefania is great person, she made us at ourselves at home. Location is really good, their breakfast was fantastic. Simone's surprise was so good. she left for me two bottles of Prosecco and lovely birthday card:)

Very nice view and the pool is big and beautiful. Very peaceful neighborhood. We chose a beach near Similus as our favorite. About 30 minutes to drive from the house. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

We spent 15 days of vacation here in August. We were 3 couples of friends on vacation with no daughters. The house is just like the photos. Very cozy. Fixed a small double problem at check-in (with the towels provided to each guest), everything went smoothly and perfectly. Wonderful location with sea views and very convenient direct access to the beautiful coves of Porto Sa Ruxi. The outdoor shower in a garden overlooking the sea is very much! Definitely a home and a location to recommend! The host was accurate and punctual and always ready

We had a very nice week here. The accommodation is wonderfully quiet on the outskirts with great views of the mountains. The sea can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. Shopping and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The house had everything you need on vacation. Gian Luca greeted us very warmly personally despite our delay on our arrival on a holiday and was also quickly available for questions during the other days. We felt comfortable and are happy to recommend this place. Thank you for the hospitality and uncomplicated checkout!

The villa is very spacious, has rooms that are not connected by walls, so we did not hear each other. The house is well equipped and clean. My family consisted of 10 people, including 3 children, who had plenty of places to play and toys. I also highly recommend the owner Elvira, whom we liked from the first day of contact. Very helpful and nice. She already had leaflets with attractions, restaurants and car rentals prepared. I hope we will come back there 🤍

There are trips and places which have a big impact on you,Luciana’s place and her being the host definitely is one of them. The house is exactly like Luciana, warm and beautiful. The view from the terrace is so beautiful, it fills you with peace and hope. You wake up to birds chirping and you can drink your coffee with the first rays of sunshine coming from above the mountains which you can also admire from the comfortable terrace. Even if it rains you can just sit there and enjoy the view and listen to the gentle raindrops as the terrace is covered. Inside its very spaceous and very nicely arranged,everything to satisfy your needs. Kitchen is also very nice to cook in with a big fridge and all the equipments you need to make anything. Luciana keeps the house so clean that you could eat from the floor when you arrive. Stores and restaurants close by, best beaches within 10-20 min. Chia is very calm,your peace is guatanteed here. Its easy to get anywhere with a car. We will return!!❤️
