The living room was fantastic. Very nice apartment, clean and fresh. In a few minutes by scooter or car you can reach beautiful beaches. Very precious Cristina who was always very helpful and made us feel at home and pampered from start to finish, she gave us great advice and really went above and beyond, fulfilling all our requests with kindness and cordiality. You can go with your eyes closed!

The accommodation was great... The view from the kitchen, air conditioning, outdoor shower and the owner's access were perfect. The location of the accommodation turned out to be a bit impractical for us, because we had to travel far to reach the beautiful beaches. But the beach directly below the accommodation is nice and the restaurants in the area met expectations.

myself and my wife stayed in early October 2024. Massimiliana's place is in a great location. It is close to the beach, bakers and local restaurants but also quiet and peaceful. The free parking is a real bonus. Massy, gave clear instructions including photos to help with our arrival and she met us to show us around. The apartment was very clean and a good size for us. The Kitchen was well stocked with crockery and utensils, a microwave would have been a bonus but we managed easily with the hob. The fridge freezer was new. Cleaning materials and rubbish bags were provided and there was also a washing machine, which was spotless and worked really well. Massy even provided pegs ! The double bed is comfortable and there were bedside tables with nearby plugs and a large wardrobe in both rooms to keep things tidy. Breakfast at Sunrise on the terrace was beautiful and there is also a BBQ in the garden. I would definitely recommend Massy's place if you are visiting this area.

Marco's stay was above expectations . He, a nice person, check-in was easy, he was always kind and helpful, he gave us many directions about beaches and restaurants to go to, he showed us the parking space (a real luck if you are staying in Villasimius, as there are only places for a fee) and showed us the house, explaining in detail both the comforts and, of course, also how to maintain it (which we found really useful since in Sardinia, not by us, we use to do the differentiation so that every day a certain collection bin is taken out). The house was even more beautiful than in the photo, very clean, nothing was missing, a beautiful terrace on the ground floor and a balcony on the first floor overlooking the sea. In addition, the accommodation is located exactly in the center of Villasimius, so for summer evenings, very very comfortable. In short, the experience deserves all 5 stars!! Thank you Marco.

We loved our vacation at Constanza and Mauro's property. The house and pool are very well maintained and everything is pleasantly clean. We were able to sleep super well, because it is very quiet in the residential area; the air conditioning was also a blessing in the warm temperatures. We had great playground equipment on site, such as a pool volleyball game and a table tennis table, which was a lot of fun. Near the house there are beautiful sandy beaches, and we enjoyed the nights in Cagliari as a family very much and had wonderful food, e.g. in the Aquarium - a great pizzeria, restaurant and bar under palm trees. We got great excursion tips from Constanza, so it was very varied and relaxing for us at the same time. Thank you so much for our great family vacation. We'd love to come back and recommend your place with all our heart.

Renato's house is a very nicely renovated building with all the comforts (only the air conditioning is missing - but we knew that from the description), we were on the ground floor. Her garden is completely private and well cared for. Total tranquility and peace in the evening blind darkness and only the stars give light. Wonderful! There is a beach within 5 km. But Renato will inform you about everything. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we thank you for the spices! For shopping, look for Superspin! Renáto, thank you!

We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this stay if you need peace and quiet. 🌄The well-kept property has a beautifully landscaped garden/olive grove. The pool was always very clean and had a pleasant temperature. 🛌 The apartment is large, very clean and easy to keep cool thanks to the airconditioners. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with equipment. The bed slept wonderfully! 🍳Breakfast is optional. The set table is waiting for you in the shade, with beautiful views. Warm or fresh items were brought as soon as you sat at the table. Everything was delicious! Definitely try the homemade yogurt and the 'beaten eggs'. 📌🏝️Francesco communicates proactively, gives tips related to the area (=a map of Sardinia on which he indicated everything). Francesco respects your privacy and is never intrusive. He is always available via what's app. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. 🙏

An incredible place, very soulful, beautiful, cozy, and convenient. Very clean and very spacious (much more spacious than it looks in the photos) A stunning beach is just a 3-5 minute walk away, as well as a supermarket and cafes. We stayed as a family, myself, my husband, and our daughter, and we were very sad to leave after three days. Deborah is wonderful and responsive! We highly recommend this beautiful house. Efisio and Luisa were amazing hosts. Luisa sent recommendations for restaurants that really saved us that first night when we were getting in late. The place was clean and really nice, just like the pictures. Having an off-street parking space was a huge bonus since parking is impossible to find in a city like this.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Antonella and Alessandro were always friendly and helpful. The apartment is practical and modern and the kitchen lacked nothing, even for the grill there were grill utensils. The beds were comfortable, the house is great for 2 adults and possibly 1-2 children. The garden and the garden furniture are beautiful. The view of the bays is priceless. Depending on the wind, you could hear music from a larger hotel in the bay - a pity, but this has probably been increasing in Sardinia in recent years. The additional beach utensils (parasol and 3 beach chairs) were great! You can walk to a small, beautiful house beach. We also walked to Cala Porta Giunico and to Punta Molentis ... here the path is the destination. In Villasimius, you could easily rent bicycles and explore the wider area. We would be happy to come back or recommend this accommodation.

We were there as a family of three in the preseason and were thrilled. The reception by Paola herself was warm and, to our luck, very flexible, because we had a very late arrival. The accommodation itself was exactly as shown in the pictures and beautifully furnished. Everything you need on vacation was available. You have a wonderful view of the lake. The beach, shops and restaurants are within walking distance. We definitely highly recommend the place.

Monica and the Right House team were fantastic! After a horrible airbnb experience earlier that day, we were looking for last minute accommodation of somewhere else to spend the night at 9pm and Monica and her team answered us quickly even at the late hour to confirm our reservation. She also met us at 10:30pm to check us in personally. It was such a relief after a very unsettling experience earlier in the day. Her home is in arguably one of the best streets in Cagliari. Very clean flat, just like the photos, felt very safe, and was comfortable. It was so nice to open the balcony doors and let in fresh air and hear the sounds of the city. With windows closed it was very quiet! We spent two nights there. If you're going to Cagliari for a city trip Monica's place is great. You can walk everywhere. Note: there is not free parking nearby, you need to park in a garage ~10 mins walk away. You will not be disappointed by booking here. :)

Friendly, kind, very helpful, absolutely recommended! Excellent location, modern and practical accommodation with all comforts, in the center so easy to get around on foot, 10 minutes by car from the beach. Being in the center, the choice of restaurants is very wide. Door that opens onto the street so it is very convenient to enter and exit. Absolutely recommended!

Staying with Cristina and Paolo was a wonderful experience. They were very nice people and helpful. The clean and tidy apartment has everything you need for a family of 4. Super spacious kitchen and living area with everything you need for cooking. Also use private off-street parking if needed. Within walking distance is a small beach and shops, as well as restaurant, pharmacy, MD supermarket and etc. If they drive a little further, they have the most beautiful beaches with turquoise waters. I can only recommend another stay with Cristina and Paolo.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

What an amazing place! Andrea and Svetlana were great hosts, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay and very easy to talk to if we needed anything or for recommendations of what to do in the area. The place is well equipped with everything you need, with a full kitchen, comfy bed and lovely relaxing garden and pool! We couldn’t have asked for anything more ☺️ The area where the villa is situated is absolutely beautiful with some amazing beaches and restaurants nearby, but I would recommend having a car to really explore the island. We only managed to see a small part of what Sardinia has to offer, but this is a perfect base to explore the South coast of the island - I would recommend this place to anyone ☺️ thank you!

The location of the flat couldn't be better. It's close to restaurants, shops, and it's easy to get to the beaches. The flat itself is spacious, clean, well-equipped, and very beautiful. I highly recommend it!

A hidden gem in the Castello old town area of the city. The apartment is beautiful! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Location wise was perfect - really easy to walk to the marina and explore the old town, restaurants, cafes, shops everything is nearby. The apartment was so clean, decorated beautifully, and the views over the city from the balcony was stunning! I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend to anyone! Costanza was a lovely host - very responsive and helpful! Thank you so much for our lovely stay!
