The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

Very nice place ,we were very welcomed. Clean inside, everything we need (ex : coffee machine +caps,salt, pots and pans ) all outdoor equipment (umbrella,sun loungers). Linens and towels clean- it was our next trip to Sardinia and we were positively surprised by this. I had a great stay at Alessandro's apartment! The place is very clean, cozy and well equipped. Alessandro was super friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for exploring the area, and communication went smoothly. Would definitely return and highly recommend this place!

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Five stars just because you can't give more! Michela is available and very responsive to requests. The house is beautiful, equipped with all the comforts possible (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, oven, microwave, grill, barbecue, air conditioning both on the ground floor and in the mezzanine, TV) and upon arrival all present to start the stay (body soap, shampoo, coffee capsules, jams and breakfast brioches, laundry detergent and dishwasher, necessary for barbecue); also equipped with towels and sheets (also for the small baby bed). Plus: Welcome kit with cold ichnusa in the fridge and great cherry tomatoes. Definitely relaxing place, out of the chaos but a three-minute drive from Flumendosa beach, recommended by Michela (beautiful, not too crowded and with very affordable prices for umbrellas and sun loungers). Basically, arrive and feel immediately on vacation thanks to the host's accuracy.

Nice little cottage, located on a public beach in a large garden. Well-equipped kitchen. Quietly located, in the garden of a larger house. The larger house was empty when we were there, you share the garden differently. Kitchen is well equipped and cottage is well dark. Wonderful outdoor shower. Unfortunately, the WiFi connection usually did not work (despite regular restarts), but that is also nice and quiet on your vacation. We did miss nice loungers and a good coffee maker (there was only a complicated moka express pot), but otherwise it was fine.

Very nice and lovingly designed place with very nice staff. The garden is just a dream. The place is a bit remote, a rental car is a must.. no possibility for lunch on site and the rooms are bright. Otherwise everything was perfect and we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the break at this great place very much. Air conditioning top 😊

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

Giuliana is an impeccable, kind and helpful host. The house offered all the necessary comforts to enjoy relaxing days in one of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic stay at Emilio’s place – the location was perfect, and the bikes provided made it super easy to cycle one way to the town with all the restaurants and the other to the beach and Roman ruins. The apartment was faultless – every detail felt thoughtfully considered. From beach towels and toiletries to a stocked fridge and plenty of coffee pods, everything was there to make us feel at home. We especially loved the outdoor area for breakfast in the mornings. Free and secure parking within a gated part of the property was a real bonus. Emilio was also very flexible with our check-in which made everything even smoother. Highly recommend!

Responsive hosts, courteous , no communication issues The apartment was impeccably clean! There were all the necessary kitchen utensils, of good quality; as well as dishwasher , washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms , spacious bathroom .. beach essentials; the place is in a complex , very quiet and secure a few km from the first beaches On the other hand , the apartment being on the ground floor, it is dark in the parental room, bathroom and kitchen; the bedding is a little hard but it's only my taste The garden with BBQ , table and chairs is a plus we enjoyed We recommend this property for a stay in the south near the beaches.

Really lovely Airbnb. Clear instructions of getting in and the place was spotless. Walkable distance to the city centre and a lovely view of the coastline from the rooftop.

We chose the apartment based on the description and photos, our expectations were fully met. Luca and Taty welcomed us in a very friendly way, even a little attention was prepared, a few drinks already in the fridge. I was looking forward to the cool beer and the sea view. You immediately feel at home. Towels were prepared, there are also sun loungers directly on the water (so 3 meters in front). The location is very quiet, you can only hear the sea and a few birds. Wifi works well. A CAR is highly recommended in the location! Restaurants and supermarket are a few km away. You should also be good on foot, to the apartment (first row sea) you have to go down a few meters and the steps up again at some point;-) Luca was so nice and helped my wife with the suitcase on arrival. Very attentive.

Marina's accommodation is in a very convenient location, from which you can easily walk to the town center. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. The lady was very kind, flexible in schedules and helpful. Highly recommended

A gem in the heart of Cagliari. The location is perfect for visiting the city and despite being central and surrounded by restaurants and clubs it is very quiet. Enrica is an excellent host, very helpful and responsive. Apartment very clean and perfectly matching the description.

Lovely villa in Eden Rock with great views over the sea from top floor terrace and lower floor terrace. BBQ next to seating on top floor is great for entertaining. Apartment is well laid out and would suit various group sizes esp 4 adults and 2-3 children. Minimalist style makes it easy to use and find everything. Noemi the local host is really responsive and helpful. She meets you at the barriers for the complex and shows you the way up to the apartment in the road. Lots of recommendations available. Note circa 20 steps down from the parking to the front door.

Fiorenza was an exceptional host & the sweetest human you'll ever meet! She gave daily weather updates, suggested the best beaches & restaurants & made our stay very comfortable & personal! It was the perfect place to stay at. Ideally located in the centre, close to everything but still quiet at the same time. The flat was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Everything was well cleaned. Clearly a 5 star Apartment!

We loved our stay here! A perfect apartment and Lorenzo was an excellent host who provided really helpful local information and instructions. The apartment was very easy to find and is in a lovely location and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The surrounding streets are very pretty as they are full of colourful plants and flowers and heritage sites of interest are within walking distance (although, as with everywhere in Cagliari there are some steep paths). The apartment was extremely well equipped and included everything that we needed for our trip and more (a few examples: hairdryer, coffee pot, wine glasses, maps, guides, beautiful books on local history, local recommendations, beach equipment - and much more) and it was spotlessly clean throughout. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to stay again sometime. Thank you Lorenzo and Severino!
